All of the shelters are not dont all the way they take the garbage dont even wash the glass. I also found over by the hycentre needles are the ground. Get your ppl to wash and sweep or shovel. Very gross.

My opinion to SERCA of this cleaning company is that they are opportunistic and irresponsible. I also believe that the dream of 50 years ago was left behind. My experience working with them was ... "they need the supervisory team to be more aware of their workers and customer departments. They never talk to you. They never look at your work. They give you time that you can't do a good job I worked. In my case, even so, I did it, I compensated myself for my time by working harder and in contact with clients and thus I confirmed my own work if it is of good quality, because they contact me for their cleaning work in their homes And they have recommended me too and I am grateful for that. But I respect Bee clean, their vision and mission in business they are destroying it little by little. I worked in Lethbridge cleaning SHAW incredibly they have discredited my work to which I thank I have more clients who trust my work and a person from Bee clean who never goes or looks at your work. or talks about your work. is never in contact with clients. and resolves a day without knowing your work and does not even bother to call you back. To know that no more work is a lack of respect and humiliating. Thanks Bee clean for making me more of a person with more HUMILITY. And thanks to Latino humility and immigrants, the Bee Clean Dream continues. today one more dream with cleaning service TURA CLEAN is born. Humiliation cleaning. and full of much Latin pride and humility.

Thank you so much for your honest workers Bee-Clean!! I am a student from U of A and I lost my wallet. All my bank cards are insides and there are $150 cash in the wallet too. I thought I would never found it and I was crying because it was all my tips from half month. In the afternoon, I got email, it said my wallet had been turned to resident lost and found. I went to Lister Center and everything is inside!! Lister staff told me that Bee-Clean people found it and gave it to them. I was so happy and I really really appreciate!!!

Supposedly did the cleaning before I moved into my new place. The home was vacant for some time before hand but the day after they came to "clean" we received our keys. The ceiling fan was caked still with dust. There are spots on the walls that were never touched but still had sticky stuff on them. There was dust on top of the fridge and in the cupboards. The floors while they looked mopped were definitely not swept. I will not be using them in the future. Just glad this "clean" wasn't charged to me. Hopefully my landlords didn't waste to much money on this service. You're contracted to the city of edmonton. So your response is inaccurate.

Go to any TD bank and see the quality of work from this company. Front glass door with a months worth of finger prints, atm looks like it gets cleaned maybe once a week. If you can't clean the basic stuff emagine the tougher stuff. Horrible cleaning from a so called cleaning company.

For two years, I worked for Bee-Clean at Edmonton Tower, where I faced severe bullying and harassment from the supervisor, Beulah, and a worker called Florencio. She misled the management about me, and since the management believes whatever supervisors say, there was no way to make these issues known, so I quit. This is the worst place I have ever worked. (I have already given details to the HR.)

Just witnessed someone from this company at 83rd and 99 st NW. They parked on the sidewalk next to a bus stop, blocking the stop, a bus came during the 7 minutes he was there and a person missed the bus because he did not move . The employee then began to empty the rubbish, in trying to get a new bag in the bin he knocked over the bin. He tried giving the bin a kick and then left the bin lying on the ground and got back into his vehicle and left.

Phenomenal service & work ethic. We were called out to a claim to remediate vandalism at a client of Bee-Cleans on Boxing Day. Not only were they there before us (we attended within 1hr of the call out) but they stayed on site working along side us until well after 2am in difficult working conditions.

On Sep 1 2021 at 7:45 am in the McDonald's drive thru in Martensville, SK, the driver of the Bee Clean van was screaming like an angry child, into the speaker because he wasn't asked for his order first. He continued screaming 'Hey! Hello!' loud enough to be heard across the street, the entire time the ladies whose turn it was, were ordering. He then proceeded to scream at the person taking orders and berate them, insisting that he should have been served first. He was impatient, rude, loud, and horrible. Does being rude to Mcdonalds staff make someone a bad service provider themselves? I'm not sure. But I'll call another company just in case.

I was working there for 2 days. The first day i was cleaning office desks and was told to clean 4 washrooms on one floor for each shift. On the second day in my last hour they told me to clean 16 washrooms!!! This is completely unfair for an employee to do sixteen washrooms on their own. Also in the end they tried to make me take out huge trash bags for the whole entire building. No manager was on sight when i needed to report this situation.

If you see one of their trucks with the license plate BLZ-7669, avoid. This man tailgated my car, followed me to an empty parking lot, and harassed and threatened me. Go with this cleaning company if you want someone who threatens teenage girls in his spare time. Despicable.

Went into one of the bathrooms in northlands was a mess the lady was sitting on her phone and talking. I asked the lady to please clean the bathroom and she said she don't speak English. I went for a job interview and the manger won't hire because I am metis. I am sorry but don't go to this company and try to get a job. They hire nothing but people who don't speak English and read it. It's sad.

Obviously this company has no safety policy in place for its drivers! The driver if the pickup truck at 5:10 am this morning that turned off 111 street onto 61 avenue in south Edmonton is above all traffic laws. They failed to yield to oncoming traffic when turning onto 61 ave, then decided to cross two lanes of traffic without signaling and shoulder checking and almost side swiped me.
