Can’t say much but if you try to call for same day service they might have some space, very accomodating but price can also be pretty steep for last minute booking, as the minimum fee is 4 hours for a crew of 2, so basically around 200$ + tx. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I booked the cleaning. They dont have flexible hours so I needed to cancel the day of my work. It was supposed to be in the morning, the same day 1 hour before I receive an email saying that an employee called sick. ( like there is one person cleaning the whole city of Montreal). I emailed them back, they never rescheduled it, I tried to call, no one picked up. Wow!!! So irresponsible, disrespectful & unprofessional! Thanks!

This company is a mess (no pun intended). I used this service, was emailed confirmation from Montreal Cleaners that an agent named Ibrahim would clean my place. That person then sent another cleaner to clean the place. I then used the service a 2nd time several weeks later (same guy) and this time he sent a girl. Each time I paid via E-transfer. Last week I wanted to use the service again as I was moving and needed the flat cleaned before the new tenant moved in. This guy confirmed with me for Monday, Sept 30th. I took work off for this. Monday came, he dodged all calls and texts. I called the main number for Montreal Cleaners, spoke with a guy that told me there is no person named Ibrahim that works for Montreal Cleaners! I have TEXTS THAT PROVE THIS IS A STRAIGHT LIE. He then told me to email their customer service equivalent to which I did. NO REPLY. NO CALL BACK. NO TEXT. This company is trash!!

Worst experience ! Over charged by so much. I asked for a deep cleaning along with regular cleaning. They didnt move anything to dust unless I went and moved things for them. Charged me 300$ and were ready to rush out after 4 hours that they stopped moving things and cleaning properly. Some things were cleaned well but many things were left which I expected when I am paying over 37.5$ per hour ! At the end their vacum started acting up and they couldn't even finish the job well ! The work was for maximum 200$ ! Dont read what they write on their website because its absolute nonsense they dont do any of what they have written ! I complained to the people and they said we will come back to do what we didnt finish but they cant on sundays when I have the day off and I don't want to loose money taking another day off work to accommodate them to come and finish a job they didnt do right the first time. Hire a 20$ an hour cleaner to do the same job rather than these guys !

The team from The Montreal Cleaners came in and in 2 hours had completely cleaned the apartment from top to bottom and at a reasonable price. Terrible service. They did the bare minimum, I had to clean the baseboards again after they told me they thoroughly did it. One lady dropped the shower head into my bathroom and chipped the bottom. When confronted, she pretended it was there before. I emailed the company afterwards with my issues and they ignored me. Do not recommend.

The cleaner who cleaned my apartment did a fantastic job. Getting reliable bookings is not so good. I had requesting bi-weekly cleaning service and got one cleaning after that. Knowing that I would be having surgery and unable to clean the apartment myself for a while, it was very important to make sure someone would do the job two weeks after the previous cleaning. After the surgery and as the weekend approached I still had not received a confirmation of a day/time for the next weekend cleaning. On Wednesday I sent an email asking if the cleaner would be coming on the weekend. Not wanting to be obnoxious, I allowed some time to pass before sending another request for confirmation on Friday. Late that evening I received an email from the service saying that they had not received my previous email and would not have a cleaner available until next weekend. Very convenient for them. Now I am stuck in an apartment that I cannot clean and forced to look for another cleaning service. So, to sum up, the cleaners that do the cleaning seem to be great, but whoever books them has a very cavalier attitude about service from my experience. I can only suppose that they are so successful that they can afford to turn down clients.

The employees were polite and friendly but the cleaning itself was not worth the money we charged: they were made very clear (on several occasions) which parts of the house to clean and specifically which areas were the most important. The result? They spent 80% of the time cleaning up what they were told NOT to clean and in the end the priority spots still had a lot of dust and weren't touched. Also, even in the rooms where they spent the most time, they didn't go over all surfaces and I had to spend hours finishing cleaning. I so highly recommend the Montreal Cleaners. From the start, they were quick in responses, and very clear about what I'd be getting. They also promised a lot, but they absolutely delivered. They were very prompt, and okay to work around my weird schedule. They cleaned the place top to bottom, and did an incredible job, and were SO NICE. They also promise to use eco-friendly products, which is a big part of why I chose them in the first place. The products were in bottles so I could not tell what they were specifically (as they probably buy them in bulk) but the products did not have a strong chemical smell like most conventional cleaning products, so I am quite sure that they delivered in that regard as well. They also have a nice discount for returning customers, which is really nice. They are well priced, and believe me, it is 100% worth it.

Ils ont relaver l'appartement j'ai apprécié leur efforts mais beaucoup trop d'erreurs encore le lendemain. Ils ont lavé les murs avec de l'eau sale. Ils ont passé la moppe trop tôt donc ils marchent sur le plancher ce qui laissent des traces. Ils ont enlever les choses sur le plancher pour les mettre sur notre lit sans les remettre à leur endroits ensuite. Les tapis dans l'entrée sont rester dehors j'ai du demander qu'ils les remettent à leur place. Ils avaient déplacés les souliers ils les ont laisser ailleurs que sur le tapis. Ils m'appellent à plusieurs reprises de l'autre pièce pour me montrer qu'ils font du bon travail alors que ce n'est pas le cas. Quand "Rémy" est passé pour la soumission il a dit qu'on avait pas à s'inquiéter car ils allaient rendre notre appartement aussi beau qu'un hôtel. Il vend beaucoup trop son produit pour une personne qui sait qui fait du bon travail. Il a dit qu'il avait fait un travail irréprochable et que si il voulait être méchant allait me poursuivre parce qu'il est tombé dans les escaliers alors qu'il y avait pas de neige. C'est un arnaqueur. Je vous transmet ce qu'il m'a envoyé pour me prouver qu'il était tombé dans les escaliers par notre faute et quelques photos du travail mal fait. Ne perdez pas votre de temps avec des gens malhonnêtes! Gardez votre argent!

I appreciated their service, the cleaner arrived early, he was very personable and very kind, and the price was as quoted. The reason I am not fully satisfied is because I paid $100.00 for a single bedroom sanitizing + cleaning, and the outcome didn't really meet my expectations. I had cleaned the room out beforehand so it was nearly bare. He cleaned the room don't get me wrong, but the carpet in the room never got moved over and the floor underneath was still very dirty. He just cleaned the hardwood around the carpet. I thought they would have moved the furniture a little so as to get everything clean. Maybe inch the bed away from the wall to clean the wall. Or slide the bedside table over in order to clean the floor underneath. It was much more of a surface clean rather than the deep clean I had wanted it to be considering the price.
