I used Ecovista when I started feeling really stressed and my environment was feeling overwhelming to take care of. I had never used a cleaning service before and now I cant even see myself not using it! I started off with just a clean here and there and now am doing bi weekly cleans. It takes a lot of the stress and worry away, while I can give my time and attention to other important things! OH! and its very very reasonably priced! Basically the cost of eating at a restaurant for the night, instead I get a clean house all week! The people are also very friendly and always happy to answer any questions. I have recommended this service to all of my family and friends. 10/10

C’est la première fois que je faisais appel aux services d’Ecovista. Je suis à la recherche d’un service plus constant, et j'ai entendu de bons commentaires. La troisième étoile a été ajoutée simplement parce que le service à la clientèle avant ma séance était impeccable. La dame au téléphone a été d’une grande aide et a donné de bons conseils. Par contre, strictement niveau ménage, je donne deux étoiles seulement. Plusieurs éléments inclus dans le service de base n’ont pas été faits, comme le dépoussiérage des moulures (sauf celles de la salle de bain), les poubelles n’ont pas été vidées, et l’aspirateur a été passé très sommairement. Il restait encore beaucoup de poussière près de plusieurs meubles et l’aspirateur n'avait visiblement aucunement été passé sous le lit. Plusieurs endroits n’avaient également pas été dépoussiérés. J’avais pourtant porté une attention particulière à enlever les items les plus encombrants de ces endroits qui auraient pu empêcher un dépoussiérage en profondeur. Aussi, j’habite dans un condo d’une seule chambre. On m’avait accordé un 3h de ménage, ce que je considère amplement, puisque je garde mon logement très rangé. On m'avait indiqué que si la personne avait terminé ses tâches avant le trois heures alloué, que j’allais seulement être facturée pour la durée réelle. Pourtant, elle a quitté après 2h15 environ, en ayant omis des tâches, mais j’ai quand même été facturée pour 3h. Je vais possiblement retenter ma chance avec ce service, mais je vais vraiment m'assurer qu’on m’assigne quelqu’un d’autre.

New Cleaning Service (chez nous): Went looking for a new cleaning service after some issues with the previous company we’d worked with. Following a google search, which listed EcoVista as one of the best in Gatineau, I emailed the company for more info. Nadia responded quickly to all questions asked, was incredibly friendly and professional, and service was confirmed for the coming weeks. The service was done perfectly: thorough clean and our home sparkled and shined after the first service, we were hooked! To top that all off, Nadia called for a post-service follow-up to see if there could be any improvements and to check-in on satisfaction which really blew us away and confirmed we went with the right company! Would recommend 100%! Thanks to Nadia and her amazing team (Johan especially!).

I would recommend looking elsewhere as they provide an inconsistent level of service and are unreliable with their scheduled cleanings. I hired this service because I have a new baby at home and wanted one less thing on my plate. My first clean with them was great. After receiving a good clean I booked them for a regular monthly clean. The first month they cancelled because the employee they had assigned to my house was no longer able to clean. After talking with the customer service team they rescheduled to a Saturday with a different employee. This person did a terrible job cleaning, leaving my floors sticky (that previously were not sticky), beds unmade, dusting not done, nothing cleaned around, etc. Instead of enjoying the rest of my Saturday, I cleaned the house. When I talked to the customer service team on Monday, they offered to have someone else come clean within a few days but I had already cleaned so that didn't work for me. They said that they would be sure to send someone who would do a quality cleaning for my next monthly clean at no charge to compensate for the previous poor job. That cleaning was coming up on this Thursday. This morning minutes after receiving confirmation of my upcoming clean on Thursday, I received another message stating the person who was to do the clean has gone back to school, was not available on Thursday and my cleaning was cancelled. Someone would only come next month. No offer to reschedule stating that there are staffing shortages. I understand in the current environment it is difficult to find employees but it does not excuse cancelling a few days before a cleaning especially after I had been reassured that this month I would receive quality service. I have cancelled my regular service and was reimbursed for the poor job done last month.

I recently moved in to my new home and decided to try Ecovista for cleaning services given the great reviews online. Overall service was just okay. I had requested extras such as the cleaning of the kitchen cabinet interiors, but found that not all of the cabinets/drawers were cleaned. Most of them still had dust and stains from the previous owners of the house. These were not hard to reach areas and neither were the stains hard to clean off. I had to clean them myself after the cleaners left. Furthermore, there was still a lot of dust along the edges of the bathroom counters as well the edges of the floors in most of the rooms, which again, I had to clean myself. Everything else was fine, but I'm not sure the service was worth $320 given the service was incomplete.

I've been receiving service from Entretien Ecovista now for approx 3 months and I am very satisfied with the service. It took a few visits to get to the level of thoroughness that I was hoping for, but I am now very satisfied with the results. I really appreciate the easy billing and the recurring service. You are provided the opportunity to give feedback after every cleaning. I like that it is almost always the same person coming to clean our house. I have also had positive experience with the administrative staff, receiving prompt follow-up communication by phone or email when needed. I would definitely recommend this service to friends and family.
