They convinced me that hourly rate is the best option for the client. Don't trust! Cleaning staff is very unmotivated to work fast and final result was much slower and very expensive. I advise you to fix the final amount of payment with them before they'll start cleaning, to avoid a big overpayment, also I advice to watch them closely to avoid the quality issues. Also write down what needs to be cleaned precisely.

The refresh company came to my apartment to clean it after I had some renovations done. Honestly, perfect job. It was cleaned and smelled great; and as an added bonus, I felt better that the products were environmentally friendly :)

My family and I have been using Refresh's services for more than 2 years now and we are absolutely delighted by how friendly and professional they are! Sona, the "fearless leader" as her business card indicates, is a wonderful person: always with a smile on her face, thoughtful and a general pleasure when she's around. Also, Refresh is not just a "janitorial service": as some other reviewers mentioned, the house is fresh and smells great after their work, they are full of little attentions that make life better (bringing flowers at times), share ideas on how to organize the house (and God knows we need these ideas at time!)... All in all, I have no problems recommending their wonderful work any time!

Sona and her team have been cleaning my house for the past few months and I couldn't be happier. Very professional, very detail oriented, and just all around nice people. She offers all sorts of extra services, cleaning windows, sewing curtains, ironing shirts, even folding laundry. They do it all! Highly recommend!

After trying out a few different cleaning services, i am BEYOND satisfied with Refresh cleaning services, not only do they get EVERY CORNER spotless but they’re very meticulous with their work(ex. Getting under behind bed frame, around behind washer dryer). I look forward to coming home every time they have cleaned. We had been debating about whether we needed a cleaning service for our apartment and decided to hire ReFresh to see if it was worth it. I can safely say it was now 100% worth it. Our perception of clean was eclipsed by the work done by Sona and her team. It feels like a whole new apartment and has given us such a mood boost. Would highly recommend
