Much better after taking over the boss but remains below expectations overall. Highest quoted price out of 7 companies called. Advice: tell them exactly the level of cleanliness wanted like "spotless" or "refurbishment" otherwise by default it will be blind work + inspect the work before they leave otherwise hello surprises. Even after their service + recovery, I could put 2 hours more work for the walls, traces of cleaning on the ceiling, finish the oven and bleach the joints of bathroom tiles with bleach. Not a serious matter for me. Does not understand such high ratings on Google. (Original) Appelés pour nettoyer un 3 1/2 au complet. Service amateur et travail plus que bâclé. J'ai du mal à croire qu'on ai pu essayé de me vendre un tel service. Beaucoup mieux après reprise du boss mais reste en dessous des attentes globalement. Prix proposé le plus élevé sur 7 companies appelés. Conseil : dites leur exactement le niveau de propreté voulu comme "spotless" ou "remise à neuf" sinon par défaut ça va être du travail d'aveugle + inspectez le travail avant qu'ils ne partent sinon bonjour les surprises. Même après leur service + reprise, je pourrais mettre 2 heures de travail de plus pour les murs, traces de nettoyage au plafond, finir le four et blanchir les jointures de tuiles salle de bain à la poudre javellisante. Affaire pas sérieuse pour moi. Ne comprend pas les notes aussi élevées sur Google.

I couldn't get any cleaning company to answer numerous e-mails and phone calls the week before Christmas. So I got in touch with Eren at Nettoyage Pro Cleaning. 2 weeks ago right after the holidays and got my deep house cleaning done last week. I had 2 very nice people come and do a terrific job mostly cleaning my bathroom and kitchen areas. They left my bathroom shower walls sparkling cleaning all the areas I couldn't clean because of a serious knee injury I had.. This was one of the only companies that bothered to even answer the phone. They were punctual and stayed a full 4 hours doing the work. i want to thank you Eren and your staff for a well done job. Update: No confusion. We can post the email clearly indicating "Nettoyage Pro Cleaning" - with the right phone number and signature of the "coordinator " name. If you allow me to post a screen shot of the email on all your social media platforms, I will gladly do so. So deceitful. We informed the OCCQ. My wife cancelled her services with this cleaning company because they did not show up to the confirmed appointment. Following her cancellation the owner of the company told her that she was mentally ill by email. We have the email and will report it. I do not recommend anyone to use this company.

I told him what I was looking for and the lady he put me in contact with is absolutely lovely. She is very professional, well trained and detailed oriented. My god mother and I both work from home and we have very demanding schedules, she works very efficiently, carefully and the quality of her service is great! She is also very polite and sweet.
