Amazing crew! Excellent job. Looked at the reviews and said i'd give them a try and i dont regret it. When i called in they were professional and when they came to the house also. The moving cleaning was supposed to be 5 hours for the square footage of the house. They worked fast without missing any details. They were out of he house before that. Good company. Recommend!

I used her cleaning service for a over a year but ultimately stopped because of her horrible communication. She would answer days later if she answered at all. After I stopped she was very rude, and I never recieved my key back. I ended up changing my lock because she never returned my key to me and is untrustworthy. I would not recommend her services.

Very bad experience few months ago I called them and I absolutely don't recommend this company(MONTREAL PRO CLEANING).They are not professional at all, when we agreed at a price(after she visited my house) why did she suddenly decide to change it. The lady seems very nice on the phone but when she came over with her team to clean they were late, they were very rude and the worst thing they don't listen to what you say. I understand they know their work but every house owner has some rules and the other person should respect them because we are paying them and its our right.

These women were on time and ready to clean! My house is over 11,000 sqft they did the job effectively and in a timely manner. Unprofessional & unreliable! Cleaning team never showed up to our agreed appointment, did not even bother to call or text to provide any update! Now, I need to rearrange my whole cleaning schedule and plans!! Time is the most valuable currency and if a company cannot commit to the promised date & time, it doesn't matter if they try to rectify the situation after, they better not be in business at first place! I absolutely don't recommend their services!!!

Terribly disappointing. After reading these positive reviews we were expecting our apartment to be spotless after moving in. However, the cleaner came in unprepared, did not even necessarily know what kind of cleaning he was doing, did a mediocre job, we had to point out spots that were missing several times. Only towards the end did a second cleaner come to help. The vacuum was not used, the corners of all the rooms were still filled with dust and hair after they left. We spent two extra hours cleaning after they left. Which they did to go to another job, not even taking the time to make sure this apartment was spotless. The cleaner truly seemed like it was his first job. Talked to the owner after and she was beyond unhelpful, instead choosing to lie about what our service was supposed to be composed of when the proof was on their website. We wasted our money on a business that not only provided a poor quality service but terrible customer service as well, as the owner stopped answering me. I do not recommend

Terrible!!! Highly unreliable and unprofessional. I would never recommend this service! The first time they came they were almost three hours late. Then we fixed a date and time for their next visit and I was waiting for two hours, calling and texting Stephanie and she finally responded saying she thought it was for the next day! I let that pass and said fine come tomorrow. The scheduled time was 2.30pm and she messages me at 8am to say they want to come at 8.30am instead!! I said not possible so she said ok they would come at 2.30 as scheduled. And as expected they didn’t show up again!! No message, no phone call, nothing from her. She just disappeared on me and left me stranded when she knew I was expecting house guests that day. So I actually wasted three days waiting for these people to show up! Why take on a new job if you can’t even fulfill your obligation on the first day?!

The attention to details is to another level of professionalism. She payed attention to details i would not even pay attention to. The price was well package considering every thing that was done. When i got my estimate, i explained what i needed done and my expectations were surpassed. Amazing job and amazing service for the price. She is respectual professional and ponctual. Booking online was very easy and I appreciated the convenience of paying online. Unfortunately, on the day I had the cleaning scheduled, two of my children woke up not feeling well and having to stay home from school. I advised Montreal Pro Cleaning and they understandably could not come; the scheduled appointment was therefore cancelled. They will not reschedule or refund. While it is true that they state on their website no refund for cancellation 24h or less, it is nonetheless very unfortunate that because I had two sick kiddos, I have paid 149.00 and have not received service.
