I had a mid size sectional that really needed cleaning and no other company would accept the job because it was considered too small and had to be paired with another piece of furniture. I spoke with Arman over the phone and he sent me a very reasonable quote which I accepted right away. I especially liked that his cleaning materials are organic and non-toxic since I was 6 month pregnant at the time. Arman was very professional and gave me a thorough explanation of what he was going to do as well as the expected results. The results exceeded my expectations. The sectional looks fantastic, he scrubbed off so much dirt and removed a couple of stains. I will definitely be using his services again.

One of our employees suggested we use Mima Organic Cleaning Services, she had used their upholstery cleaning services and was very satisfied. So we gave them a call and got a free estimate and a demonstration of their carpet extraction cleaning procedure. We were very satisfied with the end result, we got more than we asked for. We bought a second hand sofa that smelled of smoke. On the phone, Mima Cleaners assured us that they could completely remove the smell but in reality there was some smoke smell left after they were done. They returned and sprayed undiluted shampoo to mask the remaining smell. I was initially disappointed, but realized that I probably had unrealistic expectations. I think the smoke particles are embedded deep into the cushions and no steam cleaner can remove that. Mima made it easy to schedule the appointment, were friendly and professional, and even followed up quickly. I would definitely recommend them for general upholstery cleaning.

I was thinking of saving money and renting a steamer instead but decided to give this a try. The colour of the dirty water that was sucked out surprised us both. If I could give Mima organic more than 5 stars I would. He showed up on time (a few minutes early in fact) and started right away. We had an expensive custom couch made a few years ago and thought it was done with after wine/juice/food spills that had been left when our couch was then put in storage for a year. Well it wasn't! I requested a quote through the website for a cleaning that fell somewhere between a post-reno and pre-move-in. Farib phoned me within 36 hrs and provided me with detailed info and a very competitive quote. He was extremely helpful and I felt confident with going with Mima. On the day of the service Farib arrived with 2 cleaners and was extremely professional, friendly, and accommodating, he provided me with good recommendations and yet didn't try to upsell me on anything. We did a thorough walk-through together so that I could detail precisely what services I wanted in each room. He adjusted the price accordingly and was very very fair (we had far more dust from the renos than I had expected). He and the 2 other guys worked like diligent and thorough maniacs for the next 2 hours (they knew our movers would be arriving within a few hours) -- I couldn't believe what they had accomplished in such a short period of time! I literally just sat on the couch and rested (being 8 months pregnant, that was the whole point of hiring a company). While on the couch I could see and hear them working non-stop. Our floors were covered in dust and so they had to vacuum, dust and mop a few times over. When they were done Farib and I walked through the house together and he showed me all of the work they had completed. He literally used black gloves to demonstrate that not a trace of dust was left behind. I was supposed to find any spots they may have missed, but I couldn't. I was extremely pleased with the work, the service and the level of professionalism and customer relations/rapport!! I will certainly be using Mima again (I have already requested a future booking) and will look forward to their bi-weekly service. Thank you Farib, you guys are fantastic!!

I personally did not like this company at all..i called the company for a specific cleaning, i just moved in and needed a cleaning service bi-weekly and when the cleaners came and finished the cleaning they told me that they didn't know they needed to do the cleaning i requested when i called, unprofessional and one of the guys just seemed he wanted to finish and leave, wasn't friendly and he didn't do the surface that was included in the house cleaning, had to do it myself.
