I called and booked an appointment. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. When the cleaners arrived, the were friendly as well. They did an amazing job and wanted us to do an inspection of the house to make we were satisfied. A few days later I needed them for another job, it was an emergency and I needed them immediately. I moved into a new place earlier this week and had the best experience with Kenza! She was very thorough and everything was sparkling clean. After another company no showed, I texted MAS and someone was very prompt to text back. I was able to get a same day Move-In Deep Clean. It is one of the worst cleaning services!! I asked for spring deep cleaning and the cleaning was so shallow and I had to ask the girl to do the cleaning behind the couch, under the carpet, cleaning windows .., etc. The cleaning kit they brought were in a bad condition (specially the mop). I asked for specific tasks but the girl was disappointed and did it badly. I had to clean again after her!! It does not worth the money at all!! They are not professional.

DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, HIRE THIS COMPANY. We used them a few times, it wasn't great but it's hard to find someone. Today, a cleaner came and managed to make a large chip in our hardwood floor and did water damage causing a piece of floorboard to delaminate. When we contacted Sammy, the guy who runs the company, he was rude and claimed the damage wasn't their fault and essentially accused us of lying. It was a horrifying experience that will likely cost us thousands of dollars. Find someone, anyone else to clean. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Great service. I was able to do the booking and payment remotely. Needed a deep clean, move out move in cleaning. Job was well done and photos were provided to me so I can inspect. What a terrible job. We hired 1 cleaner for 3 hours to do 2 floors. She worked in slow motion and took 4 hours. Did not clean under the rug (there is still crumbs and dust) or the kitchen hood. Ton of streaks on the floor. Total cost was $145 and I still have a bunch of stuff that I need to clean. I feel ripped off. Does anyone have a good cleaning service to refer, because we are done with MAS.

We hired Mas cleaning for a moving day deep clean of the apartment we were moving into. They arrived unprepared. No cleaning supplies, no gloves. The had a can of Febreze and a vacuum cleaner with a full bag of dirt. They didn't know how to empty the vacuum, so we had to do it for them and change the bag. When offered cleaning supplies, they refused to clean the walls or baseboards, complaining that "It's too much work and I don't feel like cleaning it". This was most likely a moving day scam. If you decide to go with this company, take note: Kick them out if they don't come prepared, supervise the cleaning, and tell them exactly what needs to get done before they start. Edit: Mas cleaning replied to this review by falsely claiming it was defamation. Attached, please find the cleaning bill to prove the authenticity of this review. Paying customers generally appreciate a problem-focused response, not a deflection of blame.

Really bad. Pleasant people, but horrible cleaning job. 1 cleaner spent the *entire* 90 min in the bathroom, and somehow the wooden shelves still weren't touched at all, still coated with dust and incence ashes. Dust was still present all along the moulding at the bottom of the walls. 1.5 hours in the tiny bathroom was way too long, so I was really disappointed to see what wasn't even touched. The other cleaner swept and mopped, but somehow not under the couch or under tables, or most of the furniture. Again, pleasant people, and I booked last minute, so the fast response was the 1 positive.

Highly recommended. Remotely arranged in a phone call from Toronto for a home cleaning visit for my elderly parents in Montreal. Paid for it easily using interac online. Their people did a thorough job. My parents were pleased. When the bedroom mirror fell down (no breakage) when being cleaned - through no fault of Mas Cleaning staff - they actually returned the next day with a drill and studded screws to re-attach the mirror. Talk about caring and conscientious! Above and beyond the call of duty. The other web reviews I trusted for choosing Mas Cleaning turned out to be accurate and reliable.

Mr Sami his team have been cleaning my apartment about once a month for the past year. They do an incredible job and they are very thorough. Everyplace of my apartment are positively gleaming. As other have mentioned, his rates are very competitive. Keep in mind Sami and his team provide their own cleaning supplies unless you provide your own. They all wears face mask to protect themselves and my family against Convid19. If you consider this, his rates are extremely competitive. Highly recommend!!

DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO THE POSITIVE REVIEWS!! I'm not sure why there are so many good reviews. The cleaning lady who showed up was very nice but she didn't do a very good job. There was still a lot of dust everywhere and I had to vacuum again everywhere after they left. When I provided feedback to the owner, they were rude and blamed me that I didn't check well enough before they left. It was $125 for 2 hours of work! I do not recommend their service AT ALL and I would make sure you get references before considering using them. For that amount of money, you can get much better service with people who know how to communicate.

I emailed Montreal Maid Service and got a response from MAS Cleaning, so clearly it is the same company however they did not even try to respond with the "company" I contacted. After asking for a quote, they quoted me 2 maids at double the price, clearly trying to gouge me for as much money as they can. In addition I went through reviews and an owner that shames people that post negative reviews rather than trying to correct the situation does not deserve to get any business. Very unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone.

It was a move-in clean to an apartment that had previously housed a long-term indoor smoker.They cleaned kitchen cupboards and closets and nooks and crannies to a thoroughness degree that made my own cleaning skills envious :-). Amina from Mas Cleaning just left my place and I am very satisfied with her work. I hired Mas Cleaning for a standard 3 hour cleaning of my 3 1/2 plus an extra hour to wash the walls and moldings. Very disappointed. Maybe we had bad luck, but our experience was terrible from start to finish. Main points: - We recently got a new rental so we requested the move in package for our apartment, and we were recommended and booked for the 1 maid/3 hours option ($125 + $25 additional hour). On the day of, without any warning, two maids arrived and informed us of the two maid rate ($225 + $50 additional hour)! After expressing my confusion, they backtracked and said they will still just charge us $125 because they only need 1.5 hours to finish anyways. I was surprised but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. - The maids had no idea what their tasks were and their English was poor. Word of warning-- the cleaning scope advertised on their website is not at all what they actually did! I told them I had the move in package, but asked them to focus on the floors and bathroom (2/7 what was described online)-- and that was ALL they did. They touched absolutely NOTHING else. - Despite only cleaning the floors (which was only hardwood and tile) and the bathroom, they did a terrible job. I ran my swiffer over the bedroom floor, and it came back dirty (see photo). There was still hair on the floor. There was still dirt and grime on the kitchen floor, especially near the walls. - There was still grime left in the bathroom. Moreover, *they left powder bleach all over the toilet*... how ridiculous!!!! I had to give the toilet a full on wipe down in order to use it. - They told me they would charge an extra 30 minutes in order to clean the oven. See the third photo-- I ended up having the scrub the oven door myself, something I paid THEM to do. All in all, it was a terrible experience for us. I feel fooled by the good reviews. I will not recommend this service and will not hire them again.

Amazing. I had my house fully cleaned from head to toe and they went above my expectations. Eman and Amel were friendly, efficient and really left my house spotless. They did everything from floors, to windows, behind every piece of furniture and even got to cleaning the mouldings along the floor. My house was very dusty and I have a dog that sheds so you can imagine. They also got rid of every bit of soap scum in the shower and tub which isn't easy. I'd also like to mention that when I contacted their services, they were VERY quick to respond which was greatly appreciated. I called MAS cleaning super short notice and they were able to send a team of 2 to help us dig out of a student housing mess that we walked into. I am giving them a 5 star for the following reason, sent and email inquiry at 11pm at night and received a text back first thing in the morning; when I explained that I only had one day available for the cleaning they were able to send a team same day. Regarding the team that came, they were organized efficient, and willing to do anything that we requested. They also assisted in pulling of slip covers and also assisted in getting them back on which can be a bit of a challenge. The cleaners did not get into every nook and cranny like pulling out appliances but my main goal was to get the student house in a liveable condition from a disastrous state. I am certain that if I would have asked them to stay longer and do the nooks and crannies they would have.

I hired MAS cleaning because my regular housekeeper is out of town. Booking with Sami was a simple process, and while the service is very pricey compared to my personal cleaner they were extremely thorough and it was worth it. I got the 1 maid 3h package and 2 maids came and were there 1.5h (same price as quoted) and the place was incredibly clean afterwards, they took everything off the counters to clean and moved furniture and rugs too. I appreciated the time saved with 2 cleaners. I'm happy to have a deep-cleaning service I can call in the future!

I had been ill for several months. My house badly needed cleaning. Today two cheerful and energetic women showed up on time and now my home sparkles. That's as good as any medicine. I stayed out of their way and they walked me through before they left. They did more than I was expecting. My laundry room, which was a bit of a disaster, looks new again. Highly recommend and can't say enough good things about this service.

Then spent 4hrs in our new house; no bathroom was cleaned (found body hairs in the shower), no cupboard had been cleaned, no window sil cleaned. They vacuumed and mopped the floors only. When I called back after the service I had no answer.

I used Mas Cleaning twice for moving in cleaning. The first time, the cleaner that came, Amina, really really impressed me. She was very detail oriented and that's what I was looking for. However, when I moved into my place this time, the cleaners that came to my house were not good. They seemed to be in a rush to finish the cleaning as soon as they could even though I repeatedly told them that they can take their time so the apartment is really clean. The guy would get annoyed whenever I asked him to do something, such as wiping the shelves in the closet or in the kitchen. While the kitchen was being cleaned, I asked them to clean behind the stove as well and the response I got was that I was supposed to tell them that before... The bottom kitchen shelves were left completely UNTOUCHED! One of the top shelves in the kitchen had bunch of stuff from the previous tenant, I asked them to take it down and clean that shelve as well since I was going to get rid of that stuff and put my own belongings there. The cleaners just told me to leave it if I'm not going to use that shelve. I wasn't very happy about hearing that since I obviously did not want to keep the dirt of previous tenant in my place. Other than that, the house got only cleaned enough for me to move. I guess you just have to be lucky with which cleaner comes to your place. Update: After sending the photo of the dirty kitchen shelves, Sami told me he would send a different maid to fix the issue. I appreciate his professional attitude.

I hired Mas Cleaning as recommended through a friend to properly clean my townhouse since it was about to be placed on the market. The place was empty, no furniture inside, just a few belongings left. It took the cleaners (2) 5 hours to complete the job, which was not alarming. As soon as we got there to check their work, the cleaners were ready to quickly leave and did not wait for us to inspect. We had noticed a lot of missed areas such as light fixtures, corners, under the carpet and easily movable belongings that were neglected as seen in pictures. The basement was still filled with spider webs on the walls and ceilings. I had contacted the owner to let him know and he was ready to charge me more to bring them back to finish these few neglected spots. I refused since I had already payed a lot of money. On top of it, the cleaners had called me back to complain unprofessionally and blamed it on miscommunication when I had specified everything in the morning with them face to face. I am very unimpressed by the service delivered, the lack of professionalism by the cleaners and the negligence of the owner.

Very superficial cleaning, more like a dusting than a cleaning. I had asked for the 2 maid package to clean an empty apt before the painters arrived to paint the empty apt. When I told them the painters were really not pleased, I was dismissed! The crew rushed, I would have rather paid for extra time and had a proper job well done.
