I called KBS to come take care of our water damage that we got in our house, when we called at midnight all stressed out to find someone to help us and guide us, as we had not dealt with this kind of damage in the past. Billy picked up the phone and send his crew to our home within an hour they were in our home and took care of the situation, the crew was very professional and knowledgeable. We were reasured and knew we were in great hands. Billy kept us informed and answered all our questions. We were fortunate to have KBS assist us.

This is a very well run company, I called for an emergency water damage decontamination. They showed up very fast, did their job with the utmost professionalism. They took great care in protecting the owners home, clean up afterward was impeccable, all of this done by courteous employees with a great work attitude and ethic. They were able to do the full decontamination AND they did and excellent job of repairing the damage caused by the water leak. They also provided detailed reports during the decontamination process, including multiple pictures and humidity readings throughout. I would highly recommend KBS Maintenance to anyone dealing with this kind of situation.
