After trying 3 cleaning companies before and been very disappointed of their lack of professionalism and unreliability, we decided to give a try to Jan-pro. We switched maintenance companies to Jan-Pro West Island after less than 3 months from taking possession of our building from the builder. We were not satisfied with the original company, the work being done, among other things the old vacuum cleaner they were using and the price being charged. Jan-Pro West Island uses a modern back strap-on vacuum with a high quality filter. We are getting much better quality service and at a much better price.
