The telephone operator, when I made the appointment, was not familiar with condos and was not helpful in establishing what needed/should be cleaned. The most disappointing of all was that they did not test the air quality before and after the «cleaning». I overheard the workers saying there was not much they could do because the air is « managed centrally by the building » yet they still charged me $275. Don’t waste your time and money like I did.

Hired this company to wash the exterior of my home. Aluminum siding was left dirty and apart from that they dirtied all my balcony and stairs which resulted me in cleaning everything after they finished. I have written to them and have sent pictures but they have ignored my emails. Never again. Very dishonest people. The gentleman did not come back a second time and spend 2 hours nor did he spend 6 hours the guest time. Nor did he tell me that he could not guarantee the job. Nous avions besoin de nettoyer nos conduits de ventilation avant de faire partir la nouvelle fournaise et toutes les prises de courant n'étaient pas encore fonctionnelles. (Fin janvier 2021) L'équipe est arrivée à l'heure. Mais la prise de la sécheuse n'était pas raccordée (car nous ne savions pas que leurs machines devaient se plugger dessus), ca les a énervé dès le début. Ils se sont donc branchés sur 2 prises normales, ce qui a fait sauter les plombs; Ils ont remballé leur matériel et nous ont fait payer le déplacement (114.98$)! Ils ne nous ont même pas laissé le temps de repartir le courant. Payer le déplacement alors que personne n'avait validé avec nous qu'il fallait une prise de sécheuse fonctionnelle, c'est fort ! Mais le gars en avait rien à faire, il était hyper désagréable, il voulait juste passer au client suivant. On fait les ajustements électriques et on refixe un rendez-vous. La même équipe revient, ils font ce qu'ils doivent faire. Enfin, c'est ce qu'on pensait. Un des gars est toujours aussi désagréable. Après leur passage on a retrouvé des quantités de sciure de bois (des travaux) dans les conduits et partout sur les fenêtres. On les rappelle en leur expliquant le problème. Ils vont renvoyer une équipe. Je demande à avoir une autre équipe pour éviter de revoir la personne désagréable et avoir une équipe compétente. Mauvaise surprise quand ils arrivent, le gars désagréable est toujours là mais son collègue a changé. Ils font la job. C'était correct cette fois. Mais c'était la dernière fois. Une mauvais expérience pour nous.
