I arranged for Good Karma to clean my son's college apartment(In Montreal) from Florida. Good Karma's service was outstanding from beginning to end. They responded promptly to my email, contacted my son quickly to arrange for the cleaning and according to my son and his roommates they did an excellent job cleaning their apartment . Although it is clearly written in the "About Us" section of their website that they do in and around Montreal city, according to the person you talk to, it does not mean they can come right off Jacques Cartier bridge (kept the picture of website statement). Very rude person over the phone. Not following up on phone they said they would do. Very disappointed

I have been using Good Karma's cleaning services for over a year and am very satisfied. They are flexible both in their schedules and methods of payment. I also love my cleaner, Kathy, who is very experienced (plus, she's always on time and is nice to my cat). Hihgly recommend!

Just had to confront the owner (manager?) of this company about yet another botched appointment resulting in a missed cleaning. (I can be pretty forgiving, hence the 3rd chance.) (If you are wondering what happened this time, the cleaner was allergic to my dog and head to leave. They definitely knew about the dog.) He didn't call me so I had to call him, he didn't apologize, when I asked what he was going to do about this he suggested a rescheduled cleaning at some vague point next week. The argument ended with me saying "I don't know how you can run a business like this" and him saying "People are different, some people are cool even if you miss a cleaning." I guess if you are one of those people, go ahead and give them a shot?

The good Karma Cleaners were great. Not only did they brave a bit of a blizzard to come to clean, but the deep clean (including fridge and baseboards) we paid for was above and beyond what we asked for. I will be having them back again, very happy and the eco products are an added plus.

We are a household with two working parents, and cleaning the house always had to fit in between a thousand other obligations. We hired Good Karma to come and clean floors and surfaces twice a month...and we are so much happier now! They do an excellent, thorough job, and always go the extra mile. And with a child and two cats in the house, it’s an added bonus that they use eco-friendly products so we don’t have to worry about anyone coming in contact with harsh and toxic chemicals. I highly recommend this cleaning service!

We use Good Karma Cleaners regularly. We have tried other services in Montreal and in our opinion Good Karma can be counted on to be reliable, thorough, and always on time. We usually communicate with them easily through What’s App or WeChat to arrange cleanings and they provide us with photos after their work is completed - this allows for that peace of mind that everything is well taken care of even when we are away.

(Translated) During our meeting at 8:30 am last October we did not receive a cancellation notice. We had to wait until 9:30 am to get a rep on the phone who didn't know the employee had canceled. After rescheduling the 4h service for an empty and freshly painted apartment it was almost as dirty and when leaving the employee told us that the oven could not be cleaned because it was rusty, however I did. it was just fat. In short, it was really not worth the "trouble". (Original) Lors de notre rendez-vous de 8h30 am en octobre dernier nous n'avons pas eu d'avis d'annulation. Nous avons dus attendre 9h30 pour avoir un représentant au téléphone qui ne savait pas que l'employé avait annulé. Après avoir recéduler le service de 4h pour un appartement vide et fraîchement peint il était quasiment aussi sale et lors du départ de l'employé nous a mentionné que le four ne pouvait pas être nettoyer car il était rouillé, par contre je l'ai fait c'était juste de la graisse. Bref ça n'a vraiment pas value la "peine".

Very good cleaning service. I have been using them for the past 3 years, and I have no significant complaints. They get the job done well, are efficient and know my routine. A constructive point: They should make more of an effort to show up on time (or at least advise me in advance if they are running a bit late).

The maid was very kind but did not clean anything in depth: for example, we had some books on a window sill that was pretty dusty and the ''cleaning'' consisted of dusting the window sill (poorly; there was still dust left when she was finished) and placing the books back on the window sill without bothering to stack them or arrange them to make them look more orderly. It's not a very expensive service ($25/hr) but it would be nice to get the cleaning I paid for...
