Very bad service. I hired them a few years ago to apply a protective spray on my brand new furniture. The technician (who I found out was the boss' son) came to my house. He was unprofessional, arrogant and very rude towards us. He also never gave us a spray bottle that we had paid for. When I called to complain about this technician, they told me that they would send the spray bottle only IF we refer the company to friends, which I refused! The stains on my sofa never went away and I am so dissapointed in this company. Do not hire them!!

Excellent service provided on the cleaning of my 3 arm chairs. Anthony was very knowledgeable and explained each step of the process. I am very impressed on the work done. Again excellent work by Kevin & Valencia; They came over this morning on time to my Mother's home to clean carpets and did an outstanding job, all stains removed and they treated my 99 year old Mother with a lot of respect thanks guys great work just like we used to get back in the 60's!!! CHOOSING CHEM DRY I went with Chem dry after calling around because Frank (the owner) sold me on the quality and the non toxic solution they use that uses less water than others. I can’t believe I was going to attempt to clean my own sofa and save a few bucks, I wouldn’t even bother, this was worth every penny and I’ll be recommending them to everyone who asks me (already told some coworkers and family). ----- CLEANING Gave me a 20 min call before arriving to give me a heads up (in case they run late on the previous job). 2 Very polite young men (Anthony & Brian) that would ask me before using anything in the home (sink, washroom). The team arrived promptly and went right into prep mode, they have their own cloths to wipe the floor or surfaces after filling up the water tank, they went to work quickly after that. In and out in 1 hr for my 3 person sofa + 3 accent cushions. I didn’t have any heavy stains, and had some “watermark” like stains by trying to clean some spots with water only to realize after that it’s an “S” cleaning sofa. Much less visible and a couple of light stains and spots are gone. I also got the protector which helps bead the water a little and dirt giving you time to run to the kitchen and grab something to clean. I tested the protector after, it beads but the fabric still does absorb liquids so I would still be careful. PROTECTOR The protector lasts 48 months (4 years) & if it gets dirty (minus urine and red food) they’ll come back to clean it included. Super super pro, highly recommend! UPDATE there were a return visit to try to get the browning I caused, come out more (the reason for my original call). There were some subsequent visits because of some unforeseen issues like my buttons being metal creating rust spots (everything's fixed now and the browning is barely visible). Frank came himself and was courteous, service is exceptional! He was apologetic, nice, and never made me it feel like it was a burden so they stand by their word on coming back for any fixes should it happen. I wouldn't hesitate to call, the Chem Dry team was always so helpful, kind, knowledgeable. UDPDATE 2 The fixes created new problems, the new fixes created other problems. The manufacturing of the sofa was blamed, ultimately I believe this was an edge case but the initial browning is still there, slightly muted + new problems created from the various fixes.

This company really surprised me by their attention to detail and their exceptional professionalism. The results are fantastic. I must mention that the technicians Valencio and Anthony were very confident and organized, which gave me confidence in the service. Next time I will certainly request that team to service my upholstery. They went above and beyond when they offered to sweep some cat treats that had been lost behind the sofa.

I've been using Chem-Dry Montreal for years. they do a fantastic, thorough job at a fair price. the technicians are polite and thorough. the chem dry process seems to be far better and more effective that regular carpet cleaning. my carpet is 15years old, off white and I have pets...the carpets are virtually stain free when they're done (not easy with 3 old cats). great outfit!
