I started to use Austin Cleaning for my businesses because they were recommended by my mentor who has used this service for over 10 years. John the owner has character, no doubt he is an orginal human passionate about his business. He loves cleaning and he sees things that most people do not. So when I asked him to do a deep clean of my son's apartment he really blew me away. The kitchen grime, the bathroom scum and the walls. Everything was spotless and the windows were brilliant. He also came to the rescue and cleaned our new home right after covid hit. John took an emergency and handled the situation with attention and warmth. John talks loud, yes John is kurt and that is his style and for some it may come across as rude. Its a cultural thing so bare that in mind. The service for me was great. I am a loyal customer and intend to remain this way. ????????????

On top of being double the price of everyone else, these guys lack any resemblance of professionalism or courtesy towards their customers. They came to my business and decided that the job involved more than they had expected - rather than find a way to actually clean my windows (which I was happy to pay for), they SCREAMED at me that it couldn't be done and left. When I called the owner to explain my dissatisfaction in their service (or lack thereof), he proceeded to also scream at me and be rude. Never once was I offered a solution or an apology. Needless to say, don't hire these guys unless you want to overpay someone to be rude to you.

Not too long ago, we decided we wanted to move and bought a new house elsewhere. Knowing very well that there will be potential buyers visiting our home when our house will be going on the market, We decided to hire a cleaning company to do our whole house and basement because of this. I knew too well that deep cleaning the whole house by myself would be a mountain that I can’t climb. We stumbled upon John Austin’s cleaning company by chance. After reading the reviews, seeing his years of experience and taking a good look at his website and services; we decided to give him a call and hire him. Thank God we did! John came with his team (Richard and a new guy (it was his first day on the job) on time; and started cleaning and washing and vacuuming every single room in detail. They were here for approximately 5 hours and did an exceptional and amazing job. Richard did a detailed and deep cleaning of both our bathrooms, bath showers, sinks, toilets and They are spotless! John and Richard and their new employee (Maroud) all vacuumed our floors, baseboards, rugs, stairs and then proceeded with washing and cleaning all of our windows, baseboard heaters, baseboards, mouldings, floors, furniture, they even moved furniture to vacuum and clean behind and underneath them, (we didn’t need our walls and ceilings washed and so we didn’t ask for those to be cleaned). They literally went above and beyond what I had asked them to help me out with originally. They came with all of their belongings, gear and necessities to vacuum and clean my house. I didn’t have to give any cleaning products or lend my cleaning gear. They have everything they need to do a full clean up in their truck. They are very professional and on that same note, they are very friendly. We had a few conversations with John and Richard. Very kind and friendly guys. It made the whole cleaning experience more enjoyable for everyone I think. They took the time to go over the whole house with me once everything was completed and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. They are very productive, efficient, they work well as a team and I was able to witness the communication amongst themselves and it’s amazing how they all work well together. I also saw some great leadership skills from John and Richard; showing the ropes to the new guy. Over all, we are 110% satisfied and we will definitely be calling them again whenever we need a good house cleaning job done. Thank you John Austin cleaning services !!

I hired John and his crew for a big job, they honestly delivered. I was stressed and confused, he was able to calm me and walk me through the different steps of it. From the price to the service, their commitment and respect everything was there. You would be making a mistake not using Austin Cleaning Services. I booked an appointment after the Owner coming to my Apt and providing me with a written estimate - The Team can on time and Washed all my walls and ceilings, and washed all my windows in & out including my bottom tracks, wow what a super difference and improvement! They detailed my Kitchen and moved out my fridge and stove and cleaned all the sides, behind and underneath, and washed every square inch of my washroom, just a fantastic job and I'm so very happy with the results and feel good inside now I'm all cleaned up! I highly recommend Mr, Austin and his Company outstanding.. Thanks so much I will Fall Cleaning every Autumn and call them back soon to clean my Sofas, chairs and carpets.
