N’ayant pas de nouvelles de leur part, j’ai laissé 5 ou 6 messages téléphonique, 2 ou 3 courriels… Aucun retour. Ai perdu beaucoup de temps, finalement fait affaire avec un compétiteur. Avant d’effectuer le nettoyage, mon nouveau fournisseur a pris des photos de la thermopompe qui fut « nettoyée » l’an dernier… Ouach!
