Hit and Miss. Three out of five times the pro was good. Fourth time was a no show, misleading me to wait and had the company call me after waiting for 3 hours that she wouldn't be coming. To make up for it they offered a free cleaning the next day. The 5th pro was the worst. Didn't want to understand anything I said, pushed back on almost every task I asked for despite every other pro being fine with the same tasks. Misbehaved and couldn't be any more rude. That was the last time I booked with them. Doubt I will be booking them again. Feedback was reported to Adele.

My first and third cleaning were exceptional (same Pro, Margarita) - the one in the middle I was not even sure someone came, and considered abandoning ship. Very easy to schedule, and to reschedule. Well well, here I am writing a review on Christmas Eve because I had to. I've always cleaned my place myself but it's quite big and I've been busy lately so obviously I cut corners and skip the things I dislike doing. Now that the holidays are here and that I'm hosting about 8 dinners in a row I decided it was time to try this service. Booking on the website was simple and clear (may I suggest an app for the regular users?). Loved the followups by email and by txt with the pro's number in case there's anything. I'm at my third cleaning and although I'm getting a different pro every time they've all been punctual & meticulous. They've also helped with anything specific I needed. Why am I writing this review tonight ? Because in a world where everything is digital and retail is dying, where businesses go online and we lose contact with each other, I believe that there is one thing that makes a major difference and it's customer service. It's the humans behind it all. My last house cleaner's name was Abdel. He is an older Marocain gentleman. We discussed briefly when he came before he got started (like I always do) and I discovered a very kind human being. Tonight, he very politely and respectfully sent me holiday wishes and THAT is the quality of professionals that Adele has and that I hope they strive to keep and to hire. I recommend.

The glass shower was cleaned but half, ie the whole lower part, from the thighs to the floor, was dirtier than before washing (in my opinion it is an omission of rinsing and it would have dried). I would advise Adele to inform her Pros about basic household practices such as not using product on a screen and replacing items, shoes, coffee table, floor lamps, etc., after moving them for dusting or wash the floor. Unfortunately, I would consider Adele only for emergencies, last minute or convalescence. It is a good help to the household but do not expect an outstanding service. I would be willing to pay more for a better service. La douche en verre a été nettoyée mais à moitié, c’est à dire que toute la partie inférieure, à hauteur des cuisses jusqu’au plancher, était plus sale qu’avant le lavage (à mon avi c’est un oubli de rinçage et ça aurait séché). Je conseillerais à Adele d’informer ses Pros sur les pratiques de base du ménage comme ne pas utiliser de produit sur un écran et de replacer les objets, chaussures, table de salon, lampes sur pied, etc., après les avoir déplacés pour épousseter ou laver le plancher. Malheureusement, je ne considèrerais Adele que pour les cas d’urgence, de dernière minute ou de convalescence. C’est une bonne aide au ménage mais ne vous attendez pas à un service hors-pair. Je serais prêt à payer plus cher pour un meilleur service. À mon avis, j’ai payé 25$ de trop pour ce que j’ai eu et compte-tenu qu’une note de 5 serait un service impeccable à juste prix, je soustrais 1 point pour le manque de ponctualité, 1 point pour le ménage ordinaire et pour devoir replacer mes objets et meubles après le passage du Pro et 1 point pour le prix trop élevé compte-tenu de l’expérience générale.
