Kevin cleaned my windows for years when we lived on Flying Club Rd. There was a TON of windows in our home and he was always punctual, communicative and did a fabulous job. We now live in a Condo in Belleville. Our daughter gave me 2 outside window cleanings for Birthday and Mothers Day. Kevin called to say he was short a vehicle and begged off the original date of 17 June; rescheduling to June 20. It rained that day in the morning. He never called but when I called him next day, he told me that "he didn't come because it rained; it was a small job' I didn't need to be home; and that he would reschedule in the next week or so." My reply was that the windows are open all the time unless it is raining and therefore I would need to know when he was coming and that if it was too small a job, he should have communicated that prior to accepting the job (and being paid). Since then I have called and left him 2 messages, suggesting he refund my daughters money. I guess there is a reason Ontario Window Cleaning are not in the top 3 in this area :(
