Very professional service. They took off their shoes when they came into the house. They were here for a couple of hours during the service . They were very thorough and friendly. I would highly recommend Ontario duck cleaners.

We had scheduled an appointment months in advance. On the day of, the workers showed up over an hour earlier then expected. They spent 15 mins in the house and then advised my husband they could not do the job as they did not have the equipment needed. (our house is only 7 -10 yrs old, there was no reason not to have the correct equipment). They advised us they would have the boss call and reschedule and left. The "boss" never called us to reschedule, in fact, NO ONE has called us. At the very least, a courtesy call would have been nice, if for nothing else, customer service alone, but alas, business must be booming as they were not interested in having us as customers. We will not recommend nor return to them for any service moving forward. #fail
