After accommodating an over scheduling issue on their part, we finally recieved a excuse ridden phone call over 50 mins beyond the agreed upon timing plus another 30 minutes wait until they arrived. We are not inpressed or amused with this lack of customer service and we will not recommend them to anyone, especially other military families, in situations like ours.
