ELITE WINDOWS just completed our window cleaning for a 2nd year in a row. The finished product is simply amazing - and all of our windows (84) sparkle with cleanliness. They cleaned every window, both outside and inside, cleaned all of the screens, replaced them and left the house completely intact. They even cleaned our French doors - which are everywhere. Professional, courteous, personable and efficient - the ELITE WINDOW team were in constant motion and never stopped. We highly recommend them. I just used this company for my horribly old and dirty windows and they did a GREAT job! In and out in a couple of hours & they did all in/out, cleaned tracts & screens. Very polite and unassuming, believe one fella was named Simon and didn't catch the other guys name. The girl I dealt with for timings, reminders was GREAT as well; gave me a decent window to expect them. They called ahead with a 10-15 minute buffer as well. Would recommend if you're looking for a good job at a very fair price.

If you enjoy being exploited and lied too, this this the place for you. Its all smoke and lights. The company uses the propaganda of 'elite' to mislead its customers into believing they are professionals when they are truely amature window cleaners. They use ladders like everyone else, even though advertising no ladders. Dont be fooled. This is a warning to future employees and customers to avoid this sherade of a business. I have never met such pretencious people and I am ashamed of myself for giving them my effort as an employee. They may smile while trying to manipulate you. Friendly is not necessaarly kind. Beware.

I was under the impression that I was paying for my windows to be cleaned and my window tracks steam cleaned, and three skylights cleaned. Very nice young man came to clean by himself. A college student on a summer job. I noticed the sliding door not done and asked if that wasn't included. He said it was and cleaned it with a rag. Not steam cleaned. After he left I noticed not one track was done in the house. Although he knew it was being paid for. The next morning my husband and I woke up to a film all over the windows. They were worse then before they were cleaned. I called the company and said we weren't happy with what was done. I asked the a supervisor come out to see the job that was done. Again, two more college students arrived. Two girls that were very nice. They recleaned the windows and actually brought a steam cleaner to do the tracks. I was happy with the second job but I did have to check their work and asked them to go over a couple of other places that I wasn't happy with. The total cost me $333.00. I had to have the windows done twice and also had to babysit the workers. They are not experienced cleaners. I did not receive a call to see if I was happy with the work. Only an invoice. I will not be using Elite again. Apparently the girls said that they were coming for a "redo". Which tells me that this happens quite often.

I was commissioned by this company to go and do a quote on a table which was marred by leaving something wet on the table. I took the time to view the table at the convenience of the customer. After doing this the person in charge was contacted by phone and everything was explained to her. I was told she would get back to me. After to weeks I had heard nothing so I billed the company for time. The person sent an email back that she was declining the invoice even after I was told to bill the company. Does not sound like good business practice to me. Just an opinion.

I've had Elite come every year for at least the past 5 years. Today, Kayla and Emma did a great job cleaning my windows (interior and exterior) and window tracks. They were even able to clean the upper windows over the patio, which were impeded by string lights and a shade sail. They arrived on time and were pleasant and professional.

Lovely to deal with, friendly and efficient service. The two fellows who showed up were very pleasant and nice, my only complaint is that they did not clean 5 windows which I had specifically asked that they do. The rest of the windows looked good except for a few places where there were drips down the glass. Overall, not entirely happy with the result but pleased with the services in general.
