Terrible Service: Management will not take responsibility for a house not meeting the expectations of a client. Staff broke an item in my house and there was no note or apology given. I had a brand new home, empty and paid for a "Move Out" I could have personally cleaned my home much better and in less time. They used a product that caused my hands to swell when I did the "wipe test" with my hand on the counter after. I am not satisfied at all, I suggest another company. I chose this company anticipating that I would pay more for great service and results. This is not the case, I recommend finding a referral from a friend that knows someone who owns their own private business.

Excellent! Extremely professional! Highly recommended. I felt so relieved to find this company. Some things that immediately set them apart were: -They were the only company to phone me, rather than just sending a copy paste email reply. -They came to my house to do a consultation to confirm details a few days before starting. -Great communication throughout. I recieved a text the day before every cleaning and they just showed up at the schedule previously agreed. -They kept my credit card on file and charged me automatically. It was great not having to worry about organising cash every time. I felt confident giving them a key to my house and they were dependable to show up to schedule. They always did an excellent job cleaning and always did all the little things we discussed during the consultation (like putting bath mats in washer). When we moved away we also got them to do our move out clean and we were very happy with the results.

Nupur is absolutely fantastic to deal with. The two team members from Molly Maid sent a courtesy text shortly before arriving on time. After a quick walk through of the home, they got to work and did an excellent job. My mother was a housekeeper and I work as an industrial hygienist so I have a great deal of real-world experience in cleaning and sanitation. Took a little more than one hour for a typical three bedroom bungalow and the final invoice was less than the estimate. Very happy with my experience and would highly recommend.

If I could give 10 stars I would, I'm flabbergasted at how well they cleaned, my floors wer dirtier than truck stops and they got them immaculate again and! Finished everything in less than half the time, omg I'm never using any other cleaning service again!!! MOLLY MAID FOR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I honestly wish I could leave 0 stars. We booked Molly Maid to clean our 1200 square foot house (professionally cleaned 1 year ago) before our move out date and they were to clean the cupboards, the baseboards, the fridge and stove, behind the fridge and stove, mop the floors and vacuum. We got 2 girls for 2 hours to come to our house to do this, but we came 3 hours beforehand to go over each room in the house to make sure they didn't spend too much time on anything. Fast forward to after Molly Maid's 2 hours and I walk into my kitchen where the floors haven't been done, behind the stove and fridge haven't been done. One of the girls said that they ran out of time so they would need half an hour; this was fine as they had said it could take up to 2.5 hours, but as we walked through the house they listed off things they still had to do - mop, clean the baseboards, finish vacuuming. I couldn't see how they could finish most of the work in half an hour after 2 hours of only being able to complete a couple things. I called Shannon and she basically told me that it was my fault that they couldn't finish everything because my house was a mess, which trust me, was not at all. After that conversation, I decided to call their Canadian Support Office where the lady basically just sounded annoyed for the whole time while I voiced my concerns about the fact that I just shovelled out 170 bucks for work that would have taken me an hour. I hired Molly Maid because I have a newborn and getting cleaners to come in was just my best option right now, but unfortunately now I am going to have to do the rest of the work on my own. I am so absolutely disappointed. Please don't put yourself through the stress of hiring Molly Maids.

I am writing this review for Molly Maid Saskatoon - Shannon and her teams - on behalf of myself, my daughter Andrea and my friend Pam! My daughter has had Molly Maid clean for her for almost six years now, my friend for about two or three years. I am a recent client; my first cleans were a present from my husband - to ease his 'golfing guilt' I am sure!! Ha! But I loved having the service and loved the team Shannon assigned me so much I still, on occasion, ask for their help! Shannon is always awesome about responding quickly to requests for cleaning, as well as sending the perfect teams for cleaning our houses. Shannon and her crews are super nice, honest, and accommodating. Their attention to detail is always impressive and appreciated. The cleaners are always respectful, professional, warm and friendly…and work really hard!! They bring everything they need and when they leave the house sparkles, shines…. and smells wonderful – so great to come home to!! And they clean your home like you clean your home- what more can you ask for!! We are very happy to welcome Shannon and her teams into our homes!!

Unless your hands are broken, or you don’t have arms, I would suggest you clean your place yourself. I was told too late after moving out that this was the experience people moving out found when they used Molly Maids. I called and booked a cleaning with the manager. I specifically asked for the walls to be cleaned as they were the only things I didn’t want to do when moving out of my apartment. The manager gave me the pricing for a full move out but I declined as we had yet to move everything and were still hauling things back and forth so I didn’t want them to do the floors only to have me do it again. She said that’s fine. Her people would come and do the job. She quoted me a price, adding that the walls would take about an hour. Come the day of the cleaning, the girls came only to go over the washroom which had already been cleaned, they cleaned the inside of the fridge and the stove (already cleaned )and wiped around the light switches and inside the cupboards. This took two people TWO hours. We lived in a small two bedroom apartment. After the inspection I had $200 taken off my damage deposit because of their “cleaning “. I called the manager afterwards to ask her why they hadn’t cleaned the walls as I had asked and ended up doing something else and her reasoning was that she must have misunderstood. She was charging me $189 for HER error. She offered me an appointment time for the next day, and by the time I finished asking her about what she would be charging me for them coming back and doing what they were supposed to do in the first place, the booking was taken by another person. She offered me a $30 discount on the clean they did. Not wanting to bother arguing I accepted and gave them a cheque for an account I use specifically for online banking in case of theft. I deposited the $160 in the account ($189-$30). Next thing I know they had withdrawn the whole $189 out of the account and I got charged a fee. Upon informing the manager of this, she sent me a semi threat saying if the payment wasn’t made, it would go to collections. Thank goodness I saved the text with her stating to pay $159 because she didn’t acknowledge it again. Terrible terrible experience. Never again.

Post hip surgery and I needed cleaning help. Molly Maid was very helpful. Loved the women that cleaned! They did a very good job of everything I asked of them. They also cleaned things I forgot to mention but they saw needed to be done. Not to mention they had to work around 2 dogs, a cat, a kitten, a blind chicken and a tortoise!

Please do not use this company. They left a mess in my house, did not complete the work order, and wrecked stuff. I honestly never complain and we are very active in the community and get along well with everyone... When I called to discuss the issues, the owner refused to hear my end. The owner then yelled at me and told me I was filthy and gross! I am not perfect, but am pretty clean. This was shocking behaviour and I am quite upset. Pay anyone else, you will save money and get a better job, I promise.

We took possession of our first home in July and was told by the previous owners that they had hired Molly Maids in Saskatoon. We were told they were to clean all floors, fridge, stove, bathrooms, window sills and cupboards. Below are pics of the cupboards in the kitchen and fridge shelf. We are not upset with the previous owners at all but feel that they should get their money back as the cleaning was done very poorly. We ended up cleaning the whole house ourselves as many areas were not thoroughly cleaned. We would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone else. Very disappointing results!

Although I was fully satisfied with the performance of the 2 staff who came to clean my house. I was very unsatisfied with owner/management. They were more concerned with my payment information than customer service and satisfaction. I arrived home to find one of the cleaners talking on their phone. Turns out it was her boss....and this was 6th or 7th phone call in 2.5 hours. Will never use Molly Maid again.
