We had this company come to our home to clean our ducts Nov 15, 2020 after rescheduling on us twice. The owner and his employee refused to wear a mask in our home despite us politely asking them to do so, so we did not let them in to perform their services. They stated that the reason was that a mask will interfere with their work, however I find it peculiar that they have a picture of them self wearing a mask on their google page and that they wouldn't wear a mask when dealing with dust to begin with. If you want a safe, professional company that will comply with current public health guidelines then I would look elsewhere.
