Customer service does not exist, manager is like still in 1948, does not know how to use modern technology..... Super rude on top of that. Went to the other store and problem was solved in less than 5 minutes, Miramichi Kent u rock guys ???? Anyway Bathurst Kent never again, I'll make my shopping list and go to Home depot in Moncton, the amount of money that I will save going there I will put the money for gas,and I will still be better on money. Plus they return everything no question asked absolutely, with or without receipt as long as it is bought at their store.

I go here because i have to. The store it self has screwed me over on more then 1 occasion. I had ordered some siding and paid in full. when the order arrived, i was in the hospital as my wife was having our baby. Kent's decided to sell it right out underneath me. i had to wait untill they reordered it.. when they finally delivered said siding there was pieces missing which i had to go pick up in my car. That is not a way to conduct business if you ask me.

I went to Kent’s in Bathurst this am was served by some gentleman by the name of JJ. I could list is full name here but I won’t. I went to ask a question and he literally flipped at me asking if I paid for that , not even listening to me whatsoever. Stating he is having a bad day not my problem. Twice I have had bad service at Kent’s. I don’t care if your having a bad day or not, I was there for good service. To even a point telling me to get out of there. Horrible service I received from this gentleman that represents this company. Very bad business.
