As a property manager, Vito has been servicing many of my clients homes for the past two years and doing great work. He and his crew are fast, efficient, and they work safely. He uses ultra pure water and very well maintained equipment, and the glass stays cleaner for longer. I've used lower priced window crews but they don't measure up to Vito!

Owned homes for many years and generally had good window cleaning. This service was disappointing and you may feel the same way. We have a larger home with many windows and it takes a little bit of care and time to do a nice job. This service is all about getting the job done fast. Our windows were done in 20 minutes and usually they take 45 to do a nice job. Would not use this service again and can’t recommend them.

I need to share my experience with others online here. I recently hired this company about 6 months ago and we've asked them to do a few jobs for us and they did but the professionalism got in the way of Vito and his two sons that work for him they kept on insisting to negotiate price and I said that my customer was not interested he kept on nattering and mattering and I thought that the professionalism of this window company is not what I expect in my own business I expect professionalism on point and making sure the jobs are done well I find them this window cleaning company prices accordingly through the roof I will not recommend them whatsoever

He was very kind and seemed professional from first interactions and they actually used to clean my company windows as well however when leaving my apartment after cleaning the exterior windows, he and his team broke the hardware on my door (I heard the noise of it breaking and literally saw the damage less than 2 minutes after they left). I told him immediately of what happened and sent a picture - just wanting to make sure he knew. Not accusing, being rude or demanding anything and his response was that "nobody touched your door" and "we wash windows on balcony, have nothing to do with any hardware in your unit" (exact words by text). I'm not one to leave bad reviews and honestly don't think it's the end of the world that the door was broken - life happens BUT I found his response completely unprofessional and frankly rude. Beware of this behaviour if you're choosing to do business with this company -- I find it very indicative of their character and business/customer service values and I will never be a customer in future. Now off to get my door fixed....
