It was our first time using Upkeep and we were very pleased with the service. We emailed for a quote and Colin contacted us immediately and was able to provide a quote virtually. He was quick to reply to texts/emails to address questions. On the day of service he text to confirm he was on his way. Colin was friendly, courteous and professional. He was efficient in his work but did not rush the job. Colin went above and beyond in his service and we will absolutely be contacting him again.

We set the date and he arrived on time and got to work on the house. When he was finished, this is where my referral comes from the heart. I think the job ended up being more than he thought (and quoted) but he didn’t complain or ask for more money, just went about his business and did an absolutely phenomenal job! UpKeep is an amazing company. Austin the owner takes the time to make sure everything is being completed to the highest quality. Yesterday, Ron and Anthony came out to my home to paint the ceiling and closets. Everything was covered and protected. They did an exemplary job. Dec 11/21 the weather started out nice 15 degrees. But it kept changing with high winds and rain.Colin did an excellent job today cleaning out our gutters. He is a perfectionist in his wor.k. He went above and beyond and looked after things that would help. Also no debris left behind. Other years the people that cleaned our gutters would get all the windows splattered with debris and horrible looking stuff. They did a thorough job of cleaning all of our gutters and left absolutely no debris on the ground. The ladder system that they use prevents damage from occurring to the roof and the eavestrough, and the method of cleaning the gutters does not damage shingles and does not cause debris to fly around. We would hire them again.
