NEGATIVE once i let him into my house to fold the carpet and take it for cleaning .i had 500 hundred dollars on the honey table .but i find out the had stolen my 500 dollars. Please guy never trust him.

Sam's work is A1. Stains from the pets, spills, etc. all come up and the area carpets and carpets look like new. He puts corner guards on the area he is working around so there is no damage to the posts and trim. I have been dealing with him for over 6 years and found that he is a straight up, honest guy that does quality work.

Sam worked a miracle for us – he has been out to clean our office on two occasions, both were great, but one time specifically we had this tar-like substance on our carpet leftover from another contractor. I tried scrubbing, used a carpet cleaner, let it sit with leave-in solution and not only would it not come out, but scrubbing it spread the “tar” and made it worse. Sam came out and used some kind of solution and as soon as he went over it with his carpet cleaner it disappeared. See picture of the original stains attached here - the carpet looks brand new now. Highly recommended.
