Had a quote done over the phone for house washing a one floor house approximately 1300 ft.² gave me a quote of $280 . Now I understand the quotes are just quotes, but when they got to my home they proceeded to tell me it was going to be $560 to power wash my home . This was double the amount that I was told! I voiced my concern but pretty much got a shrug shoulders well that’s what it is . with that being said they were already there and charged me a $65 travel fee ( which I was also never told about over the phone ) so I pretty much felt like I had to go ahead with the service, The problem was it wasn’t a very good job, after they left there was debris all over my front deck and my side deck. They didn’t put any of the deck furniture back that they had moved. We had to go around after they left and brush some of the dirt and debris off the side of the house that was left behind . We had to sweep off the deck and front porch, we were probably a good hour cleaning up the mess . They also told me they would be there between 10 and 12, I was not living at the home yet so had to meet with them, ...all of a sudden at 9 AM I get a call that they’re sitting in my driveway waiting for me!? I felt the whole experience was overpriced for what you get I would never use the service again or recommend it. When I did voice my complaint they did at least remove the $65 travel fee, but I felt I should’ve received more of a discount than that. Never again.

I was very pleased with the service I received for my gutter cleaning. I was given a window of 1-3pm, and Derek called at 12:45 to tell me he would be here in about a half hour. He was very friendly, there was no mess left behind, pointed out some damage I was not aware of and even did his best to make my dog like him, lol he was talking to him through all the windows while he worked, I was also happy with the cost, it came in a little less than the estimate I received.

One day I needed a last minute driveway plowed prior to the move in that was happening in a couple of hours. Not only did they come and do an excellent job clearing the snow, but they got out of the vehicle and did the sidewalks and front steps as well!! My husband and I were terribly disappointed with the services provided this past summer. The 1st visit ended 10 minutes after it started due to faulty equipment. After the 2nd visit we called the office to ask for a return visit to clean up the debris left from power washing our gutters/fascia and to finish the spots that weren't cleaned properly. We were pleased that Derek K (the Orillia Franchise owner) came on site and talked to us - apologising for the problems and assuring us they would be fixed. Unfortunately, the 3rd visit didn't fix the issues. In fact, they damaged wood trim after losing control of the power washer. We won't be using them again, and due to our experience wouldn't recommend them.
