We called ChemDry when our original carpet cleaning service had to cancel. They accommodated us on the same day and did an exceptional job cleaning our carpets. All the stains were removed and our carpets look brand new after 5 years of wear. Our area rug was taken to the warehouse to be cleaned, returned in amazing shape and all the furniture placed back where it originally was. Samantha who responded immediately was so knowledgeable and totally responsive to my queries that I was totally ready to have them clean my carpets. Every question I asked was responded to with the exact answers and more. Their cleaners were polite and on time and explained everything that was going to be done. After the job was completed we had a review of what had been done, and asked to inspect the job to make sure we were completely happy (which of course we were). Although they may have been a little higher in price, it was well worth it to have a professional job with fantastic people to work with. They really cared about you and the job they performed. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering having their carpets, upholstery, etc., cleaned.

I was so very pleased with the service I received. Kevin arrived on time, was very polite and knowledgeable and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. He put down runners on my tile, wore material booties over his feet when he had to go on the carpet and when finished gave me a pair so I could go and inspect what had been done. He was able to get all the stains out of my carpets and all 8 of my kitchen chairs. He sold me a spot cleaner product and explained how to use it properly. Kevin arrived on time, then took a tour to discuss what was to be done. Kevin did the living and dining room carpet, the stairs going upstairs and the hallway upstairs and he did the stairs down down and the family room carpet. He explain the process and how long it would take to complete and then dry. The results are great.
