I was fearful that my experience would've been like my last (through another company) but Mark and his team this morning were very thorough, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They took the time to show me what was going to be done, what it looked like before (yikes) and the final result! Absolutely amazing service! We had Mark and Sam in to clean the ducts on our very old home. They were professional, efficient and did a great job cleaning both the ducts and the dryer vent. Their truck mounted equipment got rid of the years of build up of dust and hair and they explained each part of the process as they went. Very happy with their service!

I just had them into clean our ducts, also replace dryer hose . Love that this is a local business and family owned . They did an amazing job , explained what they were doing , showed me the issue with dryer hose , so they did not charge me to clean it . This company based here in Barrie doesn't go back and correct any job or doesn't deliver customer service I worked with this company for just a few months and based on there professional base I would not recommend this company they flood people's carpets and they even stretch carpets doesn't fulfill or communication on any job sites I new when we hired them four different people within the same week told me not to use their services based in the owner Jerry Lylod and his wife that runs this organization or none of our clients will not recommend this AWFUL experience this carpet guy Jerry is a complete CROOK BUYER Beware call into our services and we will highly recommend a carpet cleaners threw out the Simcoe County area for you Deanna Samoleski { Wcmaids)

I am going too start at the beginning.. I went on Facebook and asked for recommendations to have my couches cleaned and a nice lady recommended Champagne Cleaner's... and I am very happy that I went with this company.. Not only is it owned and operated by family, but I got too meet Mark and Josh, I am not sure what one is which, but the man that did all the work did an Excellent job and we had a few laughs and to my surprise not only did they clean the couches but they also cleaned the pillows... I am very happy with the job that they did and I will definitely recommend them and will be sure too have come back and clean my carpets ... Thank you...

Left debris everywhere. Our master bedroom vent was never done. Their van pumped fumes into our house leaving a very strong diesel odour that took a couple hours to clear. Never showed any before or after proof. This was my first duct cleaning and I thought it would be better overall service with better communication.

We had a very offensive smell in our carpet. Champagne came out and cleaned it and deoderized it. The smell came back (a little bit) after a few days. I called them and they came back and re did the job! I was super impressed. And the guys who did the job were highly professional. After the re-do the smell was gone. Very impressed. I will always use Champagne.

We used this company for duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. I found the technicians to be knowledgeable and friendly. I was very happy with the job done on the carpets. I have given my experience 3 stars as it appears the technicians bent the vent covers in a couple places around my home to stick the tube to clean the vent instead of taking of the vent cover off. Although quite minor I am disappointed they didn’t remove the vent covers and had to be replaced.
