I think that Partners in Grime has the potential to be a great service but it isn’t there yet. They cleaned my vacation property on 4 different occasions. When they had lots of time they did a wonderful job but when they were rushed they cut corners, resulting in a few complaints from my guests. The result was that my rating on that occasion went down from 5 stars to 4 stars. The manager wasn’t interested in discussing my concerns and simple told me to find another cleaner – not the best response for a new business. Other than that, I like all the services they offer their clients in addition to cleaning and I’m sure they will be able to overcome the few kinks that I encountered.

Marie was perfect for the job. Not only does she have a fantastic bubbly attitude, she was punctual, systematic,maticulous, attentative to the small details and assertive which gave myself a great bid of confidence knowing the final product would be outstanding. We were back to the project in the new year to finalize our punch list and although we had confused Maries schedule she still managed to schedule us in on short notice. I was quoted a price for both carpet cleaning & cleaning services that was fairly reasonable. And once the bill came around it was over $60 more than the original quote. When I had asked why this was I was ignored after many emails. Even getting a bill from them was very difficult and once it was paid I found out that they did not charge for carpet cleaning and gave me no contact information to get ahold of that company to settle my bill. I would say everything about my experience was very unprofessional & I wouldn’t choose this company again
