- - - - - WARNING - - - - - The Steph Marsh and Martin Marsh reviews are from the general manager and OWNER respectively. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. They cut corners and don't care about the quality of work. I worked for them for a short time, and know, they do NOT care for your linens! Sheets are thrown and left on the floor, there's only a quick check for stains, and even then, they told me to ignore some stains! They don't give any gloves or masks, and have no hand washing policy, your laundry is contaminated! DO NOT GET A JOB HERE, DO NOT SIGN A BUSINESS CONTACT WITH THEM! IF YOU GET A JOB HERE, SIGN NOTHING! THEY DON'T PAY THE PROPER OVERTIME! I was threatened TWICE in three days with being kicked out of the staff accomodation, for reasons not stated in the lease, which, by the way, was a page long, and stated that I could stay there as long as I worked for them on the very first line! It mentioned nothing of having to work full time, nor anything about if I missed a day, which I was excused from by the way. After the second threat I left. They left two of their delivery vehicles to waste away, and I can only imagine how bad they got before they put them out of commission... Their drivers are not under the company's insurance, if they even have any!? If I had my way the company would be out of business TODAY. I repeat, do NOT affiliate with them at all! If you see them on any site, looking for work or employees do not contact them! They will take literally ANYONE and have no filters on who is hired or not, you are not human to them! I don't care if I get flagged or punished for a post with conflict of interest, I just hope I can help a few people before they make a huge mistake... Tldr: Bad company, run while you can, they gross...

No bathroom. Change machine was broken when I was there. Too much money to dry. It did do what I needed it to though.

If i could rate lower i would. Do NOT work for this company. They steal hours from you. All they want is theyre house paid for. They do not care about any of theyre emploers at all. Dirty scammers.

Delivery constantly late, even though they've been saying that the service will be getting better and quicker soon. 3 months I've been using them. Linen constantly stained worse than how they were sent. (ie. Black grease/oil stains from their machines, weird unexplained yellow stains on brand new sheets after only a few days in circulation. Rude delivery drivers. Would not recommend.

Summer last year, Delivery trucks were in troubling conditions. Not TSA compliant and disturbing mechanical conditions that took too long to address when I was there. Felt unsafe and was worried for my safety driving those trucks. They did just purchase new trucks recently so let’s hope they keep these new ones well maintained. There are a lot of odd issues and some of them are no overtime, rates are low compared to elsewhere, the work culture, and just an atmosphere of general dissatisfaction. Feels like short term work site culture and not set up for long term work

Never been treated so poorly as an employee. I emptied out my bank account to move to banff for work and they laid me off due to covid after only 12 hours of work. They then attempted to underpay my wages and overcharge me for rent. The GM laid me off via text and even worse gave me a 30 MINUTE EVICTION NOTICE at 930am via text and threatened to keep my damage deposit. Not very good people there you are just a number to them they don't care about you as a person
