When we moved into our property in 2010, we discovered the water was very high in iron (all laundry was coming out orange). After getting a number of quotes and recommendations to address the high iron issue, Glenn from Pure Water Solutions was the only one to thoroughly test the water and discovered that in addition to the iron issue, the PH was also extremely low (<5.5) and there was bacteria present. Glenn was able to develop a solution to resolve all 3 issues together, and the installation itself was extremely tidy and professional. Our water has been amazing ever since thanks to Glenn and he also performs an annual maintenance/inspection service on the overall system to keep everything in top working order. Highly recommend Glenn's services to anyone!

At our previous home we had a problem with our water. We experienced a calcium buildup on the heating element in the dishwasher. We also had problems with our washing machine which in part greatly reduced the service life of both of these appliances. At our next home in a rural area near Bancroft we again had problems with our water. Here we had a problem with sediment in the water as well as a strong sulphur smell to the water. Due to the problems we were now having we contacted Glenn Burkholder of Pure Water Solutions. Glenn suggested to my wife and I that we go with a Kinetico Water Softener to eliminate the hard water buildup in our appliances and drinking water. Glenn also suggested a Kinetico Sulphur Guard System to remove the rotten egg smell in the water. Also recommended to us was the Kinetico K5 drinking water station which can be customized to your individual drinking needs with several different filters depending on your water conditions. In conclusion we would personally recommend Glenn Burkholder of Pure Water Solutions to anyone who wants their appliances to have a longer life, have less mineral buildup in their pipes, and their drinking water free of minerals and chemicals.
