Rather slow service and very crowded since it is at a tourist attraction. However the site is rather obscure compared to the main road gas station so it'd be the preferred choice if refuelling. Bathroom is present and offers decent conditions. Convenience store is the usual expensive pricing but does provide a variety of products. Generally recommended.

This place has been here since I was a kid. My only complaints are they still use the old style pumps (no pay at the pump) and it's an old garage style store (small/limited selection). This place probably makes a killing in revenue. Surely they could step into the 21st century.

This place was pretty good. Even though it was pretty small with only 4 stations, but it accepted all kinds of credit cards. The price was also pretty cheap. It's of course cheaper than Vancouver downtown and surrounding areas. One of the most important features of this place was that it had all three kinds of fuel grades. Given a chance I will definitely go back to this place and I will fill up gas there.

What can I tell you that you don't already know. Petro-Can is my ho to place for gas and other supplies. I enjoy collecting points, that can be used for purchasing stuff in the go. One thing I'd like to say is thank you to the staff, many of them know me as a customer, so much so that they know the brand of cigarettes I smoke and how many packs I buy, so without me having to ask, they are ready when I get to the counter. A small thing to them perhaps, but awesome customer service to me! Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

A good location close to the highway and easily accessible when we lodged at Lake Louise inn. The staffs are quite nice and their restrooms are clean and well maintained. The only downside is that the prices of some of their products are a bit too expensive. While I understand that the remoteness of the location adds to it, i still believe they could do better.

This location has the only propane between Golden and Canmore apparently. They know that and charge even more than regular gasoline. The price is almost criminal if you ask me, especially considering they know you’ll be stuck when you’re driving a big propane fuelled RV. On top of that, we had visited in the afternoon and were told that no one was working who could fill our tank... they didn’t mention the price at this point and we stayed nearby for the night (unplanned) just to get propane in the morning. When we arrived to fill up in the morning, the staff member was super friendly and warned us propane was overly expensive, which I really appreciated beforehand since there’s no way we would fill a 250L tank at that price. I've been a Petro Canada customer for years, not Lake Louise, but everywhere. I’ll avoid now on principle.

On route after our day trip to Algonquin Provincial Park, I wanted to get some fuel before embarking home. The fueling stations were busy so there was a brief. After that, a quick pump activation by the store attendant and a fill of 87 octane. My sweetie wanted a lotto quick pick ticket...hoping to be a lucky visitor that purchased a ticket...just rolling through a small town. I used my Petro-Canada rewards card for the fuel and lotto purchase. Store staff asked if I wanted to redeem some of my points but I said I'll keep collecting for a free full tank in the future. There was a chuckle from the friendly and courteous attendant. Back on the road again!

I went to this location before heading back to Calgary to check my husband scratch tickets and get some gas while my kids were waiting in the car. Seeing that I was in a hurry to get back to my kids, the clerk working there took advantage of the situation and stole 5$ from the winnings. I didn’t notice until I saw my husband on this same evening. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST the employees there and always check your scratch tickets yourself. It is the first time I have this kind of issue and I won’t ever have any business again with petro Canada in Banff. I never heard back from their customer service either.

Went to pick up propane for the RV on four occasions (30 pounder). Each time we were told that the fill up was faulty and to come back later or the next day. Never did get a fill up. Also, usually only one attendant to attend to fuel, convenience store and propane. Good luck with getting attention.
