I could not have asked for much more. I am currently out of town and my house is a mess and asked my cousin to house sit while VP Cleaning Services came to clean. I have looked everywhere for the past week to see what was available in Richmond Hill. I found a few home cleaning services quote and most of them charged way too much with the one service they provided. For VP Cleaning Services, not only were there a list of different options on top of cleaning (Laundry, bed sheet changing, window cleaning, etc) ,they were also quick, efficient, and affordable! These were the services I did: - Window cleaning - Laundry - Change of beddings - Cleaning basement with 1 bathroom - Disinfecting Service All of this on top of house cleaning, and when I saw the pictures my cousin took for me, it felt like that someone gave me a hotel room service! All I can say is: 1) Very affordable 2) Efficient and good work 3) Lot of variations and additional services they provide I will be sure to tell my friends about VP Cleaning Services :) Look forward to working with you again!

After speaking with Lyuba on the phone I was confident that VP was the company I was looking for. Our cleaner is amazing - efficient, professional and thorough. We’ve set up a regular service and it’s been such a relief. Would highly recommend!

We used this service for about two years, but canceled due many issues. At first we had some really good people come and to a thorough job, working about 5 hours a visit which is what our place needed. However, we soon ran into problems with getting people consistently and gaps in service and then ended up having her send teams of 2 who worked more hours overall but had a much lower quality of output than we experienced with 1 person. We tried adding a second day to address this, but that just sky-rocked our costs without improving the depth of cleaning, which was lacking, like spiderwebs everywhere and some surfaces like windowsills in the main cleaning areas covered in dust. Then after we had security cameras installed we started noticing that we were being overcharged... example cleaners drove in the driveway (not even working yet) at 5:11 pm... left for their cars at 6:33 pm and we were charged for a full 3 hours, when they barely worked 2.75 hours, more like 2.5 hours with the time they took to actually get started. On top of that the owner tried to charge us 15.9% interest in one month, the equivalent of over 170% interest / year, when we paid by credit card, which violates Visa's policies... had she asked for a reasonable charge like $5 as a one time fee I would have said okay, but 15.9% for one month?!? Then a week after I refused to pay what I view to be an illegal fee as per Canada's 60% / an interest rate cap suddenly her rates were raised $5/hr to $35/hr... which is extremely high for cleaning. My understanding is that if you hire someone direct you'd pay about $20/hr. I would hire her workers directly in a heartbeat if I could, I believe the root of this problem stems from the owner, not her staff. I'm sure Valentina will reply to my review with excuses and some blah blah blah but it is actually pretty hard to lose my business if you do decent work and charge a reasonable amount, so if that happens, all I'll say is decide for yourself. /// High-level update based on Valentina's response: ... 1) Hours: We did not start out at 10 hours a visit. We started out at 4-5 hours a visit with one person, which was perfect. Then the service switched to 2 people for 2 hours a visit and the quality plummeted. You told me we need more hours, so I reluctantly agreed, which doubled our costs but did not double the quality. In fact, there was virtually no noticeable improvement. Nor did we ask anyone to leave early. (We did ask them not to arrive early while everyone was in the middle of their workday!) Also, I actually did communicate to you the example provided above in the message I sent with my final payment, which you accepted with no response. 2) Products: We never insisted on vinegar and water only, that is nonsense. I even provided several other options, often suggesting that they use our comet or all-in-one products. 3) Fees and taxes: I looked at our bill again and yes, now reading your reply can see that the way it was presented made it look like the credit card fee was 15.9% (see attached) when it was blended rate (which is not compliant with CRA rules.) If your communication had been less confusing, this would have been a non-issue. 4) Workers: I said this above and will repeat it here. I liked the people who came, they were lovely, they just were not set-up to succeed. One of your workers told me that you were angry about the reduced hours and I *believe* you then behaved spitefully and thought to "punish" us with inferior quality to "prove" to us that we needed more hours... the result of which was that I terminated services and wrote this review. 5) THREATS: Your response to my review was to send my partner a threatening text in which you said "I understand that you would like to destroy our reputation but keep in mind that you have your own business too." ... I have no interest in destroying your reputation, but saying things like that to former clients will certainly not help your reputation and your thinly veiled threat to our business is flat-out unconscionable.

Have been using VP Cleaning services for just over 6 weeks now The owner, Valentina, is a pleasure to deal with. She listens to your needs and tries her best to make sure every expectation is met. Any minor issues we had with timing and scheduling we easily resolved our cleaning ladies Marina and Irinia and before that Oskana are pleasant and cleaning every nook and cranny! Used this service for the 2nd time and the cleaning service is unlike any other company. They are very detailed oriented, clean walls, and baseboards as well as under beds . All surfaces left clean. Highly recommend Oksana, irina and marine. Cant remember other ladies name but they are all good.

I used VP cleaning for a deep clean of a house we are moving into. It’s completely empty, no furniture. The two ladies came and I showed them and pointed out what I wanted done. After 5 hours (so basically 10 hours of cleaning) when they were done I was extremely disappointed in the level of cleanliness. They didn’t clean the sink in the laundry room, didn’t wipe the top shelves of kitchen cabinets, didn’t clean under the microwave. The window ledges weren’t cleaned properly. The fridge wasn’t cleaned properly. They didn’t clean the cold storage room in the basement. The bathrooms were already in good condition so I don’t know what they did in the whole time. A regular clean of an empty house doesn’t take 10 hours. They were expensive and not worth it at all. Update reply to your response below: Valentina, please don’t give excuses. I have responded to every email. In fact the last email I sent was yesterday before posting this review where I highlighted all these problems, not just the washing machine. I didn’t receive any email or call from your company to discuss. Also the house was not at all in poor condition since the owner had had it cleaned prior to us moving in. I had specifically asked for a deep clean because things like the windows and appliances needed more cleaning but not 10 hours worth! If you want to make excuses go ahead but good customer service would have been calling me up and sending someone in for free.

The WORST cleaning company EVER!!! I wish I could give them zero stars. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know where are they receiving all these stars from probably from friends and families. It's a lie. They are absolutely LAZY, liars and TERRIBLE and CANT be trusted cleaners. I paid them for over 3 hours (which they didnt need that long to clean a house that was cleaned) no heavy work at all...2 ladies and they couldn't do the job... it was for them to REclean a house that didnt have ANY furniture, all they had to do was clean what the previous persons left behind...the walls, which had SOME stains, the floors and the inside cupboards and boarders...which they left as it was dirty, the kitchen floors they didnt bother to clean and they made it worse, it was left dirty...washrooms were NOT cleaned...and it was all terrible, something that I could have waited for someone else to do it. A child would have done a better job. NEVER again. VP cleaners are terrible. I'm sticking with Molly maids, they are way better!!!????????????????

In advance of selling our home we needed some deep cleaning of two stoves/ovens. They were not self clean and were quite soiled. We were not in the city so needed a company who could work without oversight. The cleaners did a phenomenal job. As well they cleaned two bathrooms extremely well. The office was extremely responsive with excellent communication. The cleaners arrived on time. There was an estimate for the work and when more time was needed it was clearly explained as to why with pictures. All was very professionally and responsively handled. I have reached out to four cleaning companies before I decided to go for VP Cleaning Service and they were the only one asking those questions. Everything I said was on their confirmation email. The ladies spent 5 hours in my condo and I was very pleased with their service. The bathrooms and kitchen, places that I needed cleaning the most, were sparkling clean. There are so many cleaning services out there, and I will be honest, I really struggled to find one that truly performs on the level of its website description. From the moment that I first called Valentina, I knew that I can trust her company. I was not satisfied with their service at all. I want them to clean my oven but they focus on my bathrooms for 2 hours and a half and waste time. They were talking on the phone most of the time. I specifically wanted them to clean the inside glass of the oven but they said they would not clean the inside of the oven glass. In the end, I had to clean mop, vacuumed.... everything by myself. You are wasting your money if you go with service.

Super impressed with Valentina’s crews and service. We have used VP’s services in the past for general cleaning and was always satisfied with the results. This time we just finished a massive renovation and hired them for a deep cleaning. The crew showed up at exactly 1 pm as scheduled. The job was supposed to be approximately 8-9 hours and we were expecting them to finish early evening and return the following morning. Instead, they were completely finished in under 6 hours and our entire house was spotless, inside of cabinets and cupboards too! The crew was extremely friendly and very professional.
