I don't want to return my device to this place because of the delay ... I call SImoniz and the accessories are no longer guaranteed. I call back slic and I am told that it was verified and that it is me or in the transport or in any case it is not them according to the receptionist. So I end up with a new hose that I can't use and at canadian tire they tell me that my gun is broken inside. I am no longer sure of anything, I continue my research but I still cannot get over this bad experience and humiliated that I am taken for a fool who does not pay attention or whatever. J'appelle SImoniz et ils me transfèrent chez SLic...On me dit oui c'est guarantie et on ne peut la réparer avant 1 1/2 semaine, J'attend donc 2 semaines et je téléphone. Pas eu le temps. Je rappelle une semaine après et on me dit qu'ils rush et d'attendre leur appel. Au bout de 1mois et demi j'appelle et on me dit que qu'ils vont la vérifier et qu'ils commandent les pièces. J'appelle au bout de 2 mois et elle est prête mais personne ne m'a appelé et on me dit pas le temps de gérer ces appels. Je vais la chercher et leur dit qu'ils devraient faire attention à ce qu'ils disent au client pour les délais et organiser mieux leur temps et bien informer les gens. Elle est bien emballer et je la dépose ds ma remise et je quitte pour vacances. EN revenant je connecte le tout et c'est la rallonge du fusil qui fuit sur tout le long.Je ne veux pas retourner mon appareil à cet endroit à cause du délai...J'appelle SImoniz et les accessoires ne sont plus guarantis. JE rappelle slic et on me dit que c'était vérifié et que c'est pt moi ou dans le transport ou en tous cas c'est pas eux selon le réceptionniste. Donc je me retrouve avec une hose neuve que je ne peux utiliser et chez canadian tire on me dit que mon fusil est brisé à l'intérieur. Je ne suis plus sure de rien, je continue mes recherches mais je n'en reviens pas encore de cette mauvaise expérience et humiliée qu'on me prenne pour une sotte qui fait pas attention ou je ne sais quoi. Je me connais et c'est clair qu'il s'est produit quelque chose qui n'a pas été assumer à cet endroit. Désolée mais je ne peux passer cette expérience incognito.
