Les conduits sont finalement bien nettoyés, comme en font foi certaines photos prises par les techniciens, mais j'aurais apprécié qu'ils n'utilisent pas ma salle de bain à tour de rôle pendant leur bref séjour chez moi.

J'ai percé les conduits pour constater qu'ils étaient encore plein de débris de de poussière. De plus, ils m'ont chargé 60$ pour vaporiser quelques mililitres de désinfectant dans les conduits. Dans les faits c'était du Benefect qui coûte moins de 60$ le gallon! J'ai appris ma lesson, je ne ferai plus affaire avec cette compagnie.

We hired them to do house cleaning and shampoo some furniture after a renovation. When I came home that evening and turned on the TV there was a 3” wide white stripe down the screen. It was so obvious that one of the team knocked something into our 65” flat screen TV and cracked the display. Accidents happen. They must be insured. Yet I could not get management to acknowledge the possibility that their staff caused the issue. Could not even get them to visit and see the problem. Frank, the project manager was there with me the whole time, giving me advice.
