Had water damage and the company was sent by my insurance company. They followed up right away (within 24h). Came the next day, cleaned everything and removed all damaged flooring and walls. Left the place without any dust or debris, which is very relieving when you go through such an experience. Plus the staff is very courteous and respectful. Very pleased with my experience

Unfortunetaly going with with Paul Davis was the biggest mistake I made. If your insurance recommends them do NOT take them. They have zero customer service, zero communication skills, zero management skills, zero work quality and completely disorganized and overpriced. Go shop for contractors yourself. It took us 3 months to get them to do a 3 day job. I had to descope work from them and give it to else to finish earlier and saved me 800$. They will try to rob you so watch out.

Par chance le mercredi suivant, nous avons eu une nouvelle équipe du tonnerre qui respecte le client, ne prends pas de décision sans nous en parler, communique avec nous plusieurs fois par jour et surtout font les choses avec respect. Vivre un sinistre c’est déjà un stress énorme, notre petit famille n’av Pas besoins de cela en plus.

Had a water leak on Christmas Eve of 2016 and panicked since I was leaving for holidays in two days. Contacted my insurance and they sent Paul Davis in to come see what was happening. Kent Aubichon was there in a few hours and they started the dehumidifying process right away and we found the source within a short time. My plumber fixed the problem on Christmas day and on my return from holidays, the repairs were done very quickly and proffessionally. I was extremely satisfied with the service from their team and workers.
Not impressed - avoid this contractor . They will provide quote, but never show up to do the work . Constant promises, "my guy will be there next week". It's been 6 months . Hopefully this review will save someone the headache.
After water damage my home, they did a great job with the floors, etc. However, they damaged my sofa while moving my furniture in February 2017. They sent a sofa repair contractor who tried his best to fix it, but it looks awful. I asked them about being compensated because the sofa new and they provided options of replacing the sofa or giving me $. I contacted them several times and they said that they would get back to me but here we are in August and still no conclusion. They also still have my house keys (after numerous requests to get them back), and they took my broom and dustpan. (Accidental, but still). Their work is good, but beware of the post-renovation service. Update: A rep from Paul Davis reached out to me recently and rectified the situation to my satisfaction.

My experience with everyone I’ve met at PaulDavis to date has been excellent (the contract is just starting and no work has yet been done). Without exception, the staff have been health conscious (worn masks), knowledgeable, courteous, timely, responsive, compassionate and overall really great. It’s been the best part of this stressful experience.
