Called before Christmas..still haven't heard back

1st cleaning was perfect...2nd I was wondering what they had actually cleaned. Vase got broken...still waiting on reimbursement for broken vase. Trying to resolve issue with owner was impossible. She couldn't understand why I was upset that no one came to see how terrible of a job was done. Save yourself the head and keep looking.
