For the first month everything went really well and I originally gave them a five star review. The owner really went out of her way to help us try to find a solution to address the type of cleaning we needed, and it felt really positive. I had a unique situation however with the house cleaning that required some things that were not really figured into structure of the system that Flow cleaners had. Although I thought I had communicated everything clearly, it resulted in some problems for the cleaning team and Flow admin, and us as the clients. I felt that the over all communication around these incidents could’ve been much better, as on a couple of incidents resulted in not all of the requested services being done, nor being told about it either time (leaving us to discover it). There was also little proactivity to work on a solution to resolve the problem. With all being said, if you need basic house cleaning done, they offer competitive rates and consistent service. If you’re comparing prices, there is a difference in the quality of the overall service for the price point from other cleaning services. Essentially, you do get what you pay for.

This is my second cleaning service, the previous ended up getting work in industrial cleaning during the first lockdown and hasn't returned to home cleaning. Flow is twice as expensive as the other person, but I suspect in light of that that the other person may have devalued their work (they could have charged more). Multiple people cleaning you establishment means they are in and out quickly which is nice. The staff are very nice. Time slot is a bit of a bother, they do back to back so depending on how their day goes the time slot might slip further and further back into the day. That's no one's fault, but if you are particular about your schedule this might be bothersome. I now have them clean my partner's home so I must be pleased with the service.

Flow Cleaning Services has the best professional services I have experienced in 30 years with cleaners. I work with builders in new home construction, manage 100 properties by myself, and sell units. (I have done my share of cleaning ). Flows Cleaning Service came right over when I called on a deadline, two day deadline, three level Brownstone town home, they were booked solid, and had a girl out sick, but said they would try, no promises, I was so happy when she called the next day and said she could send 2 people over for a few hours. The workers were what made this so pleasant, they worked and stayed til 6 pm for me. They never once complained, they chatted and they were vibrant and loved there job. Cleaning is a unique task, and Flows rates were worth every bit of effort they done. The new home buyers were very satisfied. Excellent communication - we receive an email a couple of days before the clean to confirm the date and another email the day before with an estimated time of arrival. The cleaners are professional and courteous (and where possible, Monica tries to get us the same team so they end up knowing the house). They do a really good job and will take feedback into account. It is obvious that both Monica and her employees have high standards and want their customers to be satisfied. We have only been with Flow for a month or so but we are very happy with them - excellent standards of service all round!

I have been using the Flow service for the past five months and have been more than satisfied with their performance on all fronts. Access to my apartment has been secure, and on time, every time. Flow has the benefits of both a cleaning company and of an individual cleaner. They're professional, will send online invoices, ETAs etc. like a corporation. But they'll respond like people (and NICE people at that), rather than like a business. Once, when I was out of town, they went to my house to get a suitcase that I'd forgotten to take with me out of my house. No one else had a key, so someone from Flow went over, got the bag and helped make sure it made its way to me. Above and beyond!

Monica and her team (Patrick and Tanya) were a breeze to work with. They understood the job (I'd moved into a less than clean 1 BR downtown that had a good deal of dust/grime caked onto the baseboards and floors that we couldn't bring ourselves to walk barefoot on. On site, Patrick and Tanya arrived, took note of my concerns and, poof, in a couple hours had the place in tip-top shape. Personable, responsible, and thorough. Worth every single penny. The staff are always very understanding about and kind to my elderly mother (91 years) who is always at home when they are doing their work. As well, they ensure that our equally elderly cat does not escape during their visit. I was afraid that we would lose their services through this period of lockdown - but they remained as professional as ever, maintained the necessary protocols and even, with sometimes a reduced number of staff on hand, still provide top notch service. I work in healthcare - not front line but in the Department of Health and have been working at our offices through this crisis. So it has been key that the service was delivered with proper safety precautions due to my Mom's age and the fact that I needed to be able to continue to work.
