I just recently purchased a new home for myself and 2 young children, the price was very low and i jumped on it.. when i moved in i realized the walls were sort of sticky and smelly, i than realized why the house was so cheap. I called around and Richard Sticklee ended up coming and doing a walk through of my home, he was very professional and took into consideration that i just bought the home and i didnt have much money, but i wanted the odour gone for my childrens sake. We sold our house and the buyer had a stipulation that the attic insulation be removed because it had asbestos. We called First Response after a friend who works at the better business bureau referred them. The first meeting was so cool. Bob and Richard explained everything and made us comfortable with the process. 2 days later the job was done to perfection. Three woman came to my house to clean. They were very nice but I wasn’t there to make friends. They were supposed to complete a deep clean. The didn’t clean my floor on the main floor, they didn’t vacuum my stairs or rubber, they didn’t mop my bathroom floor, or wipe the edges of the counter in the bathroom. They were done in 1.5 hours because they rushed. I cleaned for 7 years myself and had a few different cleaners come in the past who were excellent and who knew how to clean. They wanted to charge me 580$+ to clean, but the work they did was worth 140$ tops. The coordinator and supervisor were professional and did come back to do some of the things that I had an issue with. Lesson learned, I will never ever use this company again! Horrible job!

We've had carpet cleaners at our home and business for years. This is however the first time Ottawa's Enviropure services were used. Gerry and Chris were punctual, professional and attentive to the smallest detail. The result was by far the best cleaning the carpet has ever had. Before they arrived, we were considering replacing the carpet with hardwood. However after they were done, it looks sooo much better. We called Enviropure cleaning services to help out at a time where a loved one had been sick and needed help to bring their home back to regular conditions. The cleaners never blinked at the amount of work on hand! And don’t think that because they charge by the hour, they will take their time- the cleaners went right to work and never stopped. I write this review with some FEAR as Richard, who is a self proclaimed Ex-Cop,and promoted as an ORGANIZATION SPECIALIST , threatened to "RUIN ME , if I wrote a bad review. I DECIDED TO TELL YOU ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE SO AS TO STOP THEM FROM DOING THIS TO ANYONE ELSE! Tina and Richard came to my home to give me a quote for getting help in ORGANIZING different areas of my home. I had my entire home painted and Renovated that ended in December 2015. I have Fibromyalgia and suffer from PTSD amoung other health issues. So, trying to get my home back in order was quite overwhelming. During our first meeting, Tina, the so called owner, and Richard, ex cop, came across as saviours! Their demeanor was Dramatically when they finally arrived, and in fact , Richard was quite rude to me the moment he arrived to ORGANIZE my basement level. We had a bit of an argument and that caused my stress levels to rise. Anyway, the 4 people (2 looking like homeless people each getting paid $55.00/hr as they too were so-called ORGANIZATIONAL EXPERTS! ) only tidied up and made it LOOK BETTER. I was stunned by how pathetic their work was. I had complained immediately. I Still have no idea what's in boxes and bins. I AM STILL UNORGANIZED! You know what galls me the most? ?? It's that I divulged all sorts of private and personal information about myself when they asked me about my disabilities during our first meeting. Richard told me that HE could TAKE OVER MY COUNSELING as he was an excop from Peel and his specialty was sexual abuse, PTSD and that Tina was an EX nurse (?). They offered me EVERY SERVICE UNDER THE SUN! ! I FELT RELIEVED TO FIND SOMEONE WHO WOULD HELP ME START TO GET MY HOME BACK TOGETHER. HOWEVER, The QUOTE they gave me JUST TO ORGANIZE the basement, and 2 bedrooms was $5500.00 !!! My jaw dropped! ! I COULDN'T AFFORD THAT and knew the quote was ridiculous! I FELT DEFLATED. We agreed to $1000.00. I paid them $595.00 IN CASH As REQUESTED. Listen, my MAIN MESSAGE IS THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. THEY ARE WOLVES IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING. PLEASE COME FORWARD IF YOU HAVE HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE.

The Enviropure team did a fabulous job of cleaning our condo. The hard to reach corners, from the ceiling fans to the back of the toilets were left spotless. The kitchen cupboards, stovetop, counters and sink were gleaming. The workers were pleasant, efficient and took pride in their work. I booked enviropure for my move out cleaning. The service was assumed to be about an hour. However, the condo I was renting out needed a lot more work. They ended up staying over 3 hours to finish the job which costed me more money but I’m glad they pulled through. They did arrive a bit late due to traffic however they didn’t mind waiting for me to arrive back at the condo to pay them. They did a very good job.

We purchased a home that had previously been occupied by multiple animals and we noticed an odor at the time of inspection but figured it was due to the litter boxes. Turns out after we moved in, that the smell was ingrained in the basement and throughout the venting system. We immediately contacted Richard from Enviropure as they were recommended as the best by our realtor. He came to our house for an inspection within a few days of receiving our request for help and was confidant that he could completely eradicate the problem. About a week later they were in and out within a few hours while we were at work and the problem was totally fixed! Our home smelled amazing and we were so happy that we could continue making our home our own and that we didn't have to keep dealing with this re occurring nightmare if we had tried to clean it ourselves. With these kinds of odors Richard knew the process needed and he was able to get the job done right. The price was fair for the work involved and his professional yet humorous approach was a pleasure to deal with. Especially if he needed to dictate an email to us :) We really appreciate the customer service and delivered promises. It made our seemingly daunting problem a breeze!

Had to point out items in Kitchen that weren't cleaned before they left. They were supposed to have swept but garbage found under cabinets in bathroom. They were in for 1.5 hours and charged for two hours. I wouldn't recommend them nor would I hire them again.

Enviropure Home Services had their work cut out for them. We needed to get a home ready for sale. It had been neglected for a couple of years with a basement filled to hoarder level capacity. The entire house reeked of petroleum product! Hazardous materials where left untouched for who know's how long! Every nook and cranny was covered in a film of dust and dirt. There was some asbestos tape around ductwork to be removed. There was a bit of bathroom mold. Old rugs need to be ripped up. That's not the half of it! The important thing is that Enviropure handled EVERYTHING! They treated every issue in this house perfectly. The before and after photos are amazing! I would recommend this team to anyone in a similar situation but they do much more than this work! If you need ANY type of hazmat, environmental removal/ cleanup these are the pros! The added bonus is the house sold within 1 week of Enviropure completing the job!

Amazing team and thorough job every time! I have bi-weekly cleaning with Enviropure. A team of three friendly and reliable people to come and do the house top to bottom. They are in and out in about an hour and the cleaning job is consistently thorough and well done. The technicians at Enviropure are by far the best in the industry! The carpets in my home were beyond repair and had multiple stains from the previous owners. I honestly thought I'd have to replace them but when the technician came to give me a free estimate he assured me they'd get the job done. Not only were they going to clean them but my husband and I wouldn't have to remove or rearrange any of our furniture in order for them to access the bedrooms. I also had a recent "puppy accident" on my couch and he assured me that they'd be able to get it out completely. We contacted Enviropure Cleaners to look at some water damage in my Aunts house two weeks ago. Richard showed up at 9pm, the only time we could all be there. He assessed the situation and explained so clearly what the problem was. MOLD. His team not only cleaned up what can only be described as “a gross mess” they found the problem with the foundation, fixed it and left her home like new. The wretched smell was gone, and so was the Mold. His clear and simple explanation put my Aunt at ease. It was expensive, but very worth it. We got a second quote, and that company only wanted to scare my Aunt, and made her very uncomfortable. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone in a situation like ours.

4 weeks ago we found a huge area of black mold in our basement. We found Enviropure on the internet and really liked their website and the reviews. We called 3 companies and the quotes were very similar. The Enviropure rep seemed to understand mold and what had to be done to clean it the best. Edited May 20, 2020 I received an email from manager Tina Mongeon offering me an additional $50 to take down my Google review. Feeling that I had been duped when choosing this company based on their reviews, I declined in the hopes that others would get to read my experience. I strongly believe that this organization is manipulating the system including their reviews. Take a look and you will notice that 95% of their reviews are written by people who have only ever reviewed 1 or 2 businesses. Hmmmm.....coincidence?? I think not!! I had high hopes for the deep clean arranged for my new place of living. I live with chronic neck pain and am also pretty over the top tidy. Moving into a new place with all that space to clean overwhelmed me and so I decided to go all out and pay for the full service. I figured if it was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before I moved in, I could manage to maintain it. I was told my cleaning crew would arrive between 11:30-12:00 on the scheduled day and that I would receive a call or text 30 minutes prior letting me know they were on their way. At 12:30 I called the Enviropure to inquire and was told that they got held up and someone would contact me soon. I was contacted shortly after and told they would arrive at 2:00. Not a good start. 1.5 hours later I was told they were all finished and I went to do a walk through. All the lights were on shining bright ( which I realized later masks a lot), the place smelled great and I thought I had hit the jackpot. Two days later when I actually moved in is when I started to notice all the areas that were missed. All the baseboards under the kitchen counters, a long strip of baseboards in the living room and the entire area behind the sofa that was here. The shelves in the fridge were wiped yet not the sides of them. Also, skipped were the seals around the fridge and freezer doors. The back of my front door was filthy. Grooves on the toilet seat were left untouched. Windows were done however the frames were left dirty. Mirrors were done however the solution that was used left streaks that I am still trying to remove. Area rugs were lifted yet the backs of the rugs were not cleaned. High dusting that was supposed to be included was done on a few light fixtures however the tops of the kitchen cupboards were missed. Floors were (surface) mopped however there were several dirty spots, stains and marks around the unit that wiped off easily with a little effort. I could go on with more details and feel it enough to say that the people who arrived at my new place of living did not know how to clean like professionals. This group did a surface clean at best and I would not recommend their services.

The cleaning job was a big one (due to tenants who left the property in a very bad state of disrepair and filth) and after Enviropure had completed their clean of the property it looked shiny and new! We would highly recommend Enviropure and will use them again for any of our future cleaning needs.

If I could give -10 for a review, I would. If you are looking for a company that takes advantage of you during stressful time, it's them! We contacted them in the Spring seeking advice for a mold issue in our shower that was most likely going to be a case where we had to go in court against previous tenants. We potentially required a detailed report after the evaluation that explained what was the cause of the mold. Firstly, over the phone the first guy said that if we did the evaluation with them and then the cleaning/repairs then the evaluation would be refunded. Well that was a lie. We later found out that because they are located in Ontario, they do not have the licenses to do repairs on the Quebec side. Of course they omitted to mention that until after they came to do the evaluation and charged us over 800$. Secondly, while the inspector was here, he made sure to use all the words we needed to hear, saying things like 'the problem comes from the type of material they used' but completely omitted to put any of that in the report, which would have been what we needed as evidence to back us up in court. Finally, I then sent a follow up email a couple weeks later to ask him if he could modify the report to include that information but never heard back from him, he went completely dark. Fast forward to 3 months later, after many weeks of waiting between phone calls of lawyers, we decided to take matters into our own hands. My health and that of my 2 small children, which has decreased significantly in the last 6 months, is more important than waiting for anyone's reply. So we got another inspector from a different company to come evaluate (FOR FREE) and he explained that it was all surface mold and we could do repairs ourselves! He even told us where to buy the material and what tool to use!! This company completely took advantage of us knowing very well that we had never dealt with a situation like this. Even though I mentioned that I have an autoimmune disease and that my son has developed asthma since we moved into the house! Truely careless and unprofessional. Edit: Following up the posting of my review, within a week the owner was calling me. When we finally spoke, he apologized blaming his employee of the carelessness and saying that he had issues and he's no longer working for his company (not my problem). He then offered to completely refund me the evaluation and asked if I would remove my review. This was 4 months ago and I have yet to see any refund in the mail. Truely unprofessional!!!

In his reply to our review, the owner lied about our interactions with him. He did NOT inform us properly what his services entailed (explain differences between general and deep clean), the services rendered did NOT meet even the most basic expectations. The offer they gave as compensation (which is for them to come back and clean the areas they missed) is meaningless; why would we trust people who we know are not professional to be in our home again?

Enviropure cleaned our home this week. The two cleaners were on time, very pleasant and did an excellent job. I would give the company a high rating if not for the fact that the invoice I received for the cleaning was $114 higher than the cost estimate I received before I booked the cleaning! I understand they have recently had to raise their hourly rates, but that does not explain why this was a 63% increase over the estimate. Since the original reasonable estimate was one reason I chose this company I warn potential customers not to trust the cost estimate or you risk being caught the same way we were. *** Enviropure contacted me this morning to apologize and explain that the high invoice they sent me was a mistake. They have now refunded the amount I was overcharged. I appreciate their quick response and am satisfied that they have corrected the error. I do want to emphasize that the two women who cleaned our home did an excellent job.

My wife and I decided to renovate the basement and after the painter left all the dust and dirt all over the place I was faced with cleaning it up.I asked one my friends who cleaned up their place after their renovation.He told me to call ENVIROPURE and ask for Richard. so I called and spoke with him. I asked him how fast he could get some guys over to clean up my basement. He said tomorrow afternoon.Well as promised they showed up on time and 3 hours later the basement was spotless. Deep cleaning NOT done right, stoves should have been cleaned but were not. Faucets, walls, under the couch all missed. We had them come in again to fix the issues and had to point out everything. Also we’re told if we didn’t send pictures that day, it won’t be cleaned. If you want to baby sit and pay $400 for a cleaning, please get their service, I would not call it deep cleaning. They cleaned the house but totally without care and compassion. They will not have my business in the future.

Recently used this service for a move in and a move out deep cleaning. Would not recommend! Cleaning was sub-par at both locations and I was charged far too much for the amount I had to clean after their services. Upon complaining I was called by the owner who essentially called me a liar after I told him that the ladies had to switch out one of the cleaners and each time I checked in they were just standing around. Deep clean was suppose to include movement of fridge and stove to clean behind and I know for certain this was not done at one location. Overall would not recommend.

Enviropure cleaning team arrived on time at my home yesterday morning. After a walk through the house, each member of the team started to clean in a different section of the house. Jessica happened to be in the kitchen so I raised the fan that magically raises up out of the island in front of the induction cook top. I was unable to clean the surface of the fan properly after it was spattered recently. I was amazed at how Jessica was able to clean it. It now looks new again ! The other rooms in the house were thoroughly cleaned and dust -free (important for me since I am allergic to dust). I am so pleased with this team of women who cleaned my home. I am left wondering why I was so reluctant to call earlier. I can now breathe easier and feel more relaxed about having Enviropure clean my home. Wow !!!!! Definitely 5 stars !

I did not use their services because even though they claimed to be vaccinated they refused to show proof of vaccination. So in other words a technician would be more than willing to show his QR code for a burger but would not show it in order to earn the dollars he needs to pay for it! I fail to see the logic. I did find a team willing to oblige my request and I made sure that the tip covered the burgers and then some. This is our new reality folks.

We had a very bad experience. We were moving in this house, dirty and full of pet hair in the carpet. First they sent us a proposal. Then they went to my house and cleaned it before our approval. When we got into the house, looked like nobody ever cleaned it before. And last, they tried, in several disrespectful calls, to charge full amount for something they never did properly. A disaster. We recently moved to Ottawa and enlisted the services of Enviropure to do a "deep" cleaning of our new house. The cleaning crew came yesterday and did an amazing job. They were wonderfully quick too without compromising quality. I didn't use the white glove test, but I did wipe my finger in hard to reach places and found them all spotless. It’s wonderful to see and feel how the house looks when it’s sparkling. We can’t wait to move in.
