Really disappointed with the cleaning and service provided by Ecosparkle. Based on the reviews on Homestars I decided to give them a try; which turned out to be a mistake.
I needed my 1br 1ba condo (~500 sqft) to be cleaned for my incoming tenants. I contacted Csaba and explained I needed a move in/out cleaning. I described the size of the place and general condition and that I wanted move out cleaning which included cleaning inside the appliances and cabinets. The general condition of the place was good as my previous tenants ran the auto clean function of the stove and fridge was wiped down (no guck), but I course I wanted inside properly cleaned. Lastly I will add that I went the night before and throw out the sofa, bed frame and box spring so it would be easier for cleaners (as I would be getting new furniture anyways). What was left was an ottoman, 2 bar stools, media unit and mattress in terms of furniture.
I went to see the place after the 2 cleaning ladies had finished and left and unfortunately came across several issues. I wipe the floor with a wet paper towel and it picked up dirt. There is dust on fridge top, behind the tv, on the walls, picture frames and some corners. Garbage was left on countertop and my media unit and recycle bin was not empty. Some areas of the door trim were dirty. Garbage bin in washroom was not even dusted or cleaned. The bathroom curtain rod was broken and then dirty curtain and rod were left on my leather ottoman! Why would you put a dirty curtain liner on leather furniture? A patch of paint has been ripped from the kitchen wall next to stove. Also behind the appliances was't cleaned.
So I took photos and videos and texted them to Csaba and he didn't apologize nor took responsibility for the poor cleaning. He basically said cleaners worked hard and didn't have time. Didn't have time??? I hired them to do a complete cleaning job and not some partial 3/4 of effort. If they needed more time why didn't they just ask me? They had my phone number but no one either Csaba nor cleaners messaged me about needing more time. On top of that it was Csaba who quoted me a price for the move in/out cleaning. So if he underestimated the work/hours required then that is his fault and he should take responsibility for it instead of blaming me.
Bottom line I will never use their services again nor will I recommend them.
