*****In Response to the reply from Arelli Cleaning***** Our decision to walk away from our business relationship has again been re-affirmed. Christine DID NOT offer anything in the form of compensation for the broken item. All we asked for was the glass to be replaced and even said that half the value (25.00), would be acceptable. Please know that we had no intention in changing cleaning services. It was due to the way that Christine spoke with us and the blatant disregard for our items. We are all reasonable people here, and would not take such drastic measures over such a small item. It was Christine's attitude and lack of customer service that forced our hand. AT NO TIME was anything - credit or otherwise- offered to us. Like I stated below, the response was that it must have been someone in our office that broke the glass and stole the pen. YOU REPEATEDLY SAID THAT ARELLI WOULD TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY for the items. Even after our VP called himself to try and rectify, the same stance was given. Trying to lie and cover up your rude and unprofessional behavior to try and save face on google reviews is pathetic. Just to be clear, our issue is NOT with the cleaners themselves, as we rarely had issues. It is solely the response of the management/ownership team that has led to this. At least be honest here Arelli! ____________________________________________________________________ Customer service here is terrible! More specifically from CHRISTINE (sp?). Our office has been using this service for many years now. satisfactory cleaning - nothing special, but not terrible either. We have noticed very insignificant issues over the last little while, with their service that really didn't warrant bringing up, however, they recently broke a collectors-edition glass sitting on our VP's desk. not a big deal, but it was very obvious they did it - there was also an issue of another person's pen going missing (40.00 value) off of his desk. We cant prove that the cleaners had anything to do with it, but are 99% sure as they were the only ppl in the office during that time frame. When we called to inquire, we received nothing but attitude from Christine. She accused our own employees of stealing the pen in question (impossible) and stated that they would not do anything about the broken glass - didn't even try. She also referred to her own employees as "simple-minded" (nice!) The broken glass really isn't the issue. The problem is Christine's attitude when speaking to and trying to rectify. the fact that she immediately became defensive, accused our staff of stealing, demeaned her own staff, and her very poor skills in dealing with a long-time customer is where we have an issue. We have already begun sourcing another cleaning company and cannot recommend their service to anyone. This is a prime example of a small issue needlessly growing into a problem that causes a long-standing business relationship to be terminated.

Very professional people. Happy with the enhanced cleaning protocols for COVID compliance. Pricing is very reasonable and in line with the service they provide. Customer service is punctual. Recommended for floor care too. They did a strip and wax for us in the main hall as extra service. Good job on that too.
