Set up an apt time for Monday afternoon. They never showed and didn't even call to let us know. We call and ask when they will come, they assure us they'll call tmr to set a time and will come Wednesday latest. Tues- no call. Wed- no call. Thurs- no call. Friday here and they still haven't bothered to call never mind show up. We are in the middle of a renovation that is now a week delayed. We are going with someone else and would never recommend this company unless you have weeks to wait around hoping they show. Unprofessional. Not responsive. Dismissive.

I rate one star because there was no other option. We had water penetration in our cold room when we first bought our house. They came and said the cause was our 3 year old roof, charged us for more than 4000$. We asked them numerous times to seal and caulk our cold room. They partially did it and many times mentioned to us "there were more important clients out there and our problem was not their priority". Apparently, they changed their tone after signing the contract. They left us with the same issue in the winter. Now, we can't even seal some areas ourselves due to the weather temperature. We lost 4000$, our golden time in summer to fix the problem and left with a wet basement. Stay away from them. They are irresponsible and unprofessional.
