I ordered a Move-In cleaning service for my house in Mississauga. And Monica from sunrise cleaning was very sweet to book my request over the phone, for a Saturday. I was very pleased with her service, I asked a lot of questions and her answers were very assuring. I gave her a detailed description about the home, including square footage (approx. 1200sqft.) and basement and no. of bathrooms, etc, etc. Monica told me that considering my home size and that I have only 1.5 bathrooms, the cleaning shouldn't take more than 6-7 hours, so she booked me an 8 hour appointment i.e. 4 hours with 2 cleaning personnel, and she assured me that would be more than sufficient. The low rating is for the Cleaning staff that arrived on my premises. Our appointment was for 7:30am, and the staff arrived on time, my wife had gone out for a bit and arrived back home at 7:40am, so the staff waited 10 minutes to begin. They went around the house and were very happy to note that the house had only one full bathroom to clean. But when they started to clean house, they were extremely inefficient and just took their own sweet time to clean, which would've been fine had they done a decent enough job. The quality of service was very poor. There were 2 ladies cleaning the house but only one vacuum, so the other one had to 'look' for something else to do. A few hours into the job, the ladies said, they would need more hours to finish cleaning hour home, "another hour or two". I was already paying them $315 for 8 hours of cleaning, and now they wanted more money to do the very job they weren't able to finish in the supposedly 'more than sufficient' allotted time. And to be clear, my house is a fairly new house, not a rickety house that would require extra deep scrubbing, or deal with old skeletons to throw out. The previous owners left the house in a very good condition. My wife argued that, that is not what our deal was, we were clearly told the job would finish in less than 8 hours. The ladies started talking in their own language (not English) and left us wondering and confused. They continued to work, and as soon as the 8 hours finished, there was a Van honking outside my house to pick up the cleaning staff. They kept asking to extend the hours for the job. It was almost as if it was all planned. We were now panicking that our hard earned money had been completely wasted. Since we were very unhappy with the service already, and didn't want to throw any more money on this quality of service, my wife just asked them to spend 30 minutes more each and finish whatever they were doing. When I arrived home, there were cobwebs in the basement, the glass shelves in the kitchen had water marks on them, none of the appliances were pulled out and cleaned, the stainless steel chimney also had marks on it, I can go on & on. Till today, my wife & I are cleaning the place. We really don't know what we paid them for. I see some people have given this company good reviews on their cleaning service. That is what got me to hire Sunrise Cleaning for my house in the first place. But from my experience, I now know for a fact that this company doesn't know anything about a deep clean, and this review is coming from a guy. My wife & I feel extremely unsatisfied and would never recommend Sunrise Cleaning to anybody. I would give them zero stars on this review if it were possible, the one star I gave this review is earned by Monica (lady on the phone) because I'd like to believe she was providing a genuine service at her end, but the cleaning staff were all about showing up and somehow fleecing you out of more $$$. Despicable service, WORST spent money EVER.

They were overpriced, lacked attention detail, and the owner and staff weren’t very friendly and didn’t seem to value my patronage. I then found Sunrise and decided to give them a call. Their pricing was very competitive. Staff showed up on time and worked meticulously in my home. I had never seen such a clean home. They were friendly and kind. I will always use this cleaning service. They are much better than the big names in Mississauga.

We are a Mississauga family who used this cleaning company yesterday for the first time and are VERY UNimpressed with the professionalism and cleaning we received. :( We paid $250 for 6 hours of cleaning. It was very much just surface cleaning. My daughter does a better job at deep cleaning the washrooms than what we received from Sunrise Cleaning services. When I arrived home, the washrooms were surface cleaned but there was still buildup on the toilet. I couldn't believe my eyes. I've had cleaners before and this was a first. I've taken a photos & if i could post them here I would. There was HAIR & DARK buildup left behind the toilet seat of a washroom that was 'cleaned'. I then called Sunrise and spoke with Kasia. She listened but was quick to say things weren't done as well as they could have been because we needed them to use eco friendly cleaning products. SO don't ever ask for eco friendly cleaning because you they will use it as an excuse for a poor cleaning job. OH and the cherry!! When they first arrived they had asked for the cash right away... I was confused as I am in the service industry and run a business myself and know payment upon completion is how it works. ESPECIALLY when it is the first time with the company. The reason they wanted the cash upfront was because my " credit card didn't go through" so I proceeded to give them another which again "didn't go through." This had to be something on their end because I know for a fact the second card defiantly works. so maybe something on their end wasn't working. I showed her i had the cash ready but was willing to pay once the service was completed. 20 minutes later the cleaner handed my daughter her cell phone with someone from their office on the line asking to give the cleaner the money now as the second card didn't go through either. My daughter gave her the $$$. I figured calling post cleaning and letting them know about the poor job they would send someone out to come take a look or have one of their cleaners come back in within maybe a week (this fair) to clean up the few things they completely missed. There was one washroom that was done well, EVERYTHING else was satisfactory.

DO NOT use this cleaning company, trust me there are tons of other cleaning companies out there that would do a better job than this company. I have experience with cleaning companies over the years and this company is by far the WORST. I hired them to do a basic 6 hour clean, my home is very clean, however we had some renovations done in the basement so there was extra dust on the upper levels of my home, I did not even have them clean the basement. They could not even clean a toilet, that is basic cleaning. The toilets weren't touched, neither were the sinks. They did surface cleaning at best. They spent most of their time talking to one another in Polish very loudly as they told me they didn't speak English. If you read the HomeStars reviews any of the bad comments were about this exact issue, poor service. If you notice the owner Tina apologizes in her HomeStars feedbacks often blaming the customer service reps, I had Monika she was excellent. However, the owner never apologizes about actually hiring "crappy" cleaners. She probably pays them next to nothing and profits the rest. A basic 6.5 hr clean cost me $260, 3 ladies showed up for what should have been 2 hours but they left after 1.5 hours. If you do the math roughly works out to $43/hr per cleaner, they are definitely not getting paid that much so the company makes a large profit. Anyhow, one may justify that if you are getting excellent service, I would too. However, not with the WORST cleaners on this planet. The owner Tina still hasn't gotten her business right, hire people who can actually clean.

I had scheduled the moving in/deep clean service for the first day in our new house. Choosing this particular package wasn’t difficult as all of their packages have a very clearly described scope of work that can be found on their website. The response to my initial enquiry came via email within a few hours which further described the scope of work along with a promotional discount. I was able to add additional services to my contract via the email exchange and they were very accommodating in revising my package as required. On the day of the cleaning, the two cleaning ladies arrived on our pre-determined time. They cleaned methodically, starting from the top floor and were very detail-oriented. My house is approximately 1700sq ft which took them around 4.5 hours to clean with 2 cleaners on the job. I would definitely recommend their service and would certainly have them back for another service soon.

I found this cleaning company online. I was looking for a cleaning company that served the Mississauga area, googled it and researched a few options. I came upon Sunrise -Cleaning, read their reviews and their good reviews attracted me to them. I decided to contact the company. It was easy to communicate with them. Tina, owner of Sunrise Cleaning was very prompt in responding to my inquiry, providing me their services, options and a quote. It was very easy to schedule an appointment , I got one under short notice. I was very pleased with their efficiency in responding to my request and needs . They brought all their own equipment even ladders , cleaning supplies etc . The ladies were very efficient and arrived on time, respectful of my space, maintained social distancing and wore masks at all times. We were thoroughly satisfied with the results- they did an exceptional job , got many stubborn stains out of mirrors, glass walls and floors etc. Overall, we were very pleased with the service provided , will definitely go back back to Sunrise Cleaning for our future needs and would highly recommend them to others.

Worst customer service even before booking an appointment. Camilla was super rude to speak with. After sharing the details regarding a small condo apartment along with guaranteeing the conditions inside, Camilla was implicitly forcing to overbook the appointment for 8 hours (4hours each for 2 ladies). After suggesting and requesting to book the service for only 3 hours (and giving an option to extend if required, was ready to pay more on the spot, if needed) - she was unimpressed, and started talking rudely and right off the bat said "We dont guarantee on the quality of our cleaning service", "we cant guarantee if the house will be super clean and upto your expectations." Honestly who sells their service to a first time customer (and potentially a repeat customer) by starting the conversation and talking about the quality and inability of their own cleaners! Super unimpressed. Will recommend should learn how to provide solutions to their customer, ONLY if they are interested in acquiring and retaining new customers. And if that's not their priority - then they can continue providing the pathetic customer service that they are providing. Definitely doing a great job in poor customer service. Good luck ladies!

I found myself in a situation where I needed bi-weekly cleaning. Tried a couple of companies as was so disappointed with reliability, and just the hassle of maintaining a regular schedule. I decided to try one more and that was Sunrise. I only wish I had gone to them from the beginning. Getting information/quotes and all pertinent information was a breeze. Their communications always made me feel like they understood my needs and gave me the confidence that they could deliver. And that is what they did and more! My two ladies are AMAZING. They clean my house as if it was their own. I feel totally comfortable with them in my home and when they are done I am wowed and so grateful. You can see it is more than a job for them but rather a source of pride. I would recommend this company without any reserve. In fact I have booked them for a "spring clean" the week before Christmas. How wonderful that is going to be.

Started using Sunrise in 2018 and can’t say enough good things. Having used one person operations in the past I got used to regularly being rebooked or missed altogether. Saved a few dollars but in the end it was not worth it. Sunrise is as reliable as well, the sun rise. Each interaction is professional from the booking process to Tina providing friendly reminders for upcoming cleaning sessions. Any of the staff that have arrived always do an excellent job. They are sensitive to any specific needs we have. Great with our dog and work hard from the minute they arrive until they leave. Highly recommend!

Sunrise Cleaning offers exceptional service. Our condo was very dirty following a bathroom reno which included using a jack hammer to remove the flooring which caused cement dust to travel throughout the unit. The women (4 in total) arrived with all the products and equipment needed and set to work. Three hours later our unit was totally clean! Absolutely amazing! I cannot tell you how grateful we are for this fabulous service. All surfaces including furniture, walls, windows, appliances, and fixtures were cleaned and I mean cleaned. 1. The cleaning ladies don't speak English...which is fine, unless you need to communicate with them 2. They arrived 10minutes later than expected and took a ~15-20min break in the middle. The break would have been fine with me had they not only been there for a rather short time and the cleaning was to my satisfaction 3. Some areas are cleaned well, others only surface level cleaned 4. I noticed some of my stuff had been slightly damaged after they left (scratches, etc) and . Not anything major but enough for me to not use this company again 5. Miscommunication about services arranged over the phone versus what was received While I appreciate the owner's response here to contact them to address any issues, I really don't want to deal with this company or have them in my home again

Really an excellent cleaning service. The best cleaning job I've ever seen done - as good as my own, possibly better. I originally called another cleaning service and they left me in the lurch with company coming that evening. I couldn't do the cleaning myself because of a recent surgery. I tried calling other cleaners to fill in but it was too last minute. Thankfully this professional service was available. They managed to come and bail me out just in time. We got new flooring in our townhouse. My husband looked online for cleaning services that do post-construction and found Sunrise Cleaning Services. When he spoke to Tina she was able to accommodate our last minute request and she was very courteous on the phone. When I got to the house I met up with Olga and the driver. They were very prompt and Olga did not waste any minute and got started right away after I showed her what needed to be done. When Olga was finished, the house was so clean. All the sawdust on the walls and floors were cleaned very well. She even paid special attention to my little one’s room. The price is great and the service is phenomenal. I would definitely use their services again.

Monica and Tina were both very helpful in accommodating our rather all over the place schedule due to home renovations schedule not going as planned. We had 3 wonderful cleaners who deep scrubbed our 3 bedrooms 1.5 bath to perfection, not a spot was left even the dirty grimy corners of the fridge and oven were cleaned. Will definitely use them again. We were charged $450 for 13 work hours of deep cleaning. Highly recommend their cleaning service!

I was extremely happy and impressed with the deep clean they performed on the property I was selling, as it hadn't had a proper deep clean in a very long time. I subsequently had them do the move out clean and was once again very happy and impressed with the detailed job they did. The home smelled very fresh and clean, the floors sparkled as did the bathrooms and the carpets were all "well" vacuumed. I was also impressed with how responsive Tina was to all my questions and how accommodating she was with respect to any modifications I needed done for the clean (i.e. cleaning of the interior of appliances) and her emails were very detailed with respect to the service I would be receiving. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sunrise-Cleaning and/or use them again for my own home. Very trustworthy, reliable, efficient, friendly and professional.

I used Sunrise Cleaning Services for cleaning our house and I think they are great. They show up on time and yes they are fast but they do a really good job. The girls are pleasant and friendly. We would definitely recommend them for home cleaning on a regular basis.
