New Century cleans my apartment every 2 weeks and I'm always impressed by how thorough they are. Kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, dining room, floors...everything is always taken care of, and they even accommodate special requests within reason. My favourite day of the week is every 2nd Friday- coming home to an extra clean apartment, a sparkling bathroom, and a completely freshened bedroom. Even better, they don't stand pat- I get semi-regular calls or emails from them asking how the service is, and if there is anything in particular that can be improved. The one time I mentioned something minor, it was done, and has been done consistently since. Highly highly recommended!

The actual service was really good! The people doing the cleaning did a great job! The only issue I had was with the office in setting up the cleaning. The quote provided wasn’t the full description. It states information that wasn’t relevant to the intake I provided and excluded things that were relevant. When I questioned it, I was told to go to the website for a full description. It doesn’t state that on the quote itself. They asked for my full credit card info to be provided by email. This is a large security fraud risk. When I refused, they said I had to provide it over the phone. When I called no one picked up (a few times). I asked they return my call at certain times that I would be available. This was ignored. There just was a lot of back and forth to get full accurate information. Lot of chasing. After the service was done, an invoice was sent the next day. I got a call the same day later telling me my payment was later despite the fact it says to pay it same day. It was a matter of hours and I guess they don’t take into consideration people work and are not on email every minute of everyday.

Have been having NCM cleaning my condo for around 5 years now I think. Never had a problem, cleaners generally do a great job removing the generous coat of cat hair my cat diligently applies to everything we own, tidying up everything after me, and generally making the place look nice. Isabelle and Cathy are very responsive at rescheduling things and keeping me informed of any changes. Already recommended to friends and would happily recommend again.

I have used services from different cleaners on different times. Comparing all of them, this is the worst. Edited: The below respond that you provided to my review is full of lies and made up stories, and you know that better than me. This is how you respond to people who give you poor google rankings, so that they remove their reviews (which I won't). You never even bothered to respond to my email dated 7 Aug 2021, where I mentioned in details about all the unprofessionalism and unacceptable behavior of the cleaning lady (e.g. continuously listening to music in high volume and browsing in her mobile, and then leaving after hardly working for 20 minutes). Just wanted to add that your company charges extra not only by showing extra hours, but also doubling the HST (26% instead of 13%). I was charged HST of $20.8 for service value of $80). On top, you charged me 3.5% extra (total of $104.33) for credit card usage, for which I never authorized you to do. The credit card information was provided for security reason only, not for charging without providing service.

Terrible job! First and last time using them! They missed a lot of obvious spots, including light fixtures and trims on door. Washroom counter tops and bathroom floor was still not clear or vaccumed. Very disappointed. (have photos for proof) And to make matters worse, not only was the cleaning poor, the customer service may have been worse. I emailed stating my dissatisfaction and they replied saying that it was due to the condition of the home (meanwhile it’s a condo less than 10yrs old) which is irrelevant because they are suppose to clean not renovate the place!! Customer service is beyond rude, via email and over the phone when speaking to office. They also send a second team for a “re-do”, they were over an hour late, and didn’t inform me (I had to call as ask what was happening) and when they did show up, they STILL missed the same spots and actually left the bathroom in a bigger mess with the floor Matt’s hanging off the tub and not on the floor, the counter top still dirty in the same spots as originally and the toilet not cleaned. The job the performed was claimed to take 4 hours when The work that was done was maybe 2 and they over charged me in the end. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!! Would not recommend!!!!

New Century Maids did a spring clean as my home had not been cleaned properly in a year. And now they do my bi-weekly clean to maintain my home. They did a fabulous job! They even cleaned the top of my ceiling fan blades that everyone misses (even me!) I also usually am not satisfied with the cleanliness of my shower but they keep the grout from building up because they really scrub it. I have three bathrooms, wooden shutters or blinds on all of my windows and dust is a big problem. They are fast - which in the past has meant the cleaner wasn't really cleaning well – but NCM team are fast and my place is clean - the floors, the windows, the bathrooms, everything is dusted. I'm very satisfied with them and expect they will be cleaning my home from now on

Damaged kitchen table (heavy streaks that won't come out) with some cleaning product and the response from head office was 'take us to court'. Very rude office manager with zero customer service experience or manners. Please beware, if something goes wrong, they will do nothing about it.

I was disgusted by the lack of service I got from New Century Maids. I would call the collective cleaning standards of the two women sent to me as slovenly. I hired NCM's to clean a rental home I was looking to sell. I was assured they could easily handle all my cleaning needs. Half-way through the afternoon, one of the maids left the kitchen, so I went to look at her work. The stove looked as bad as it had before she started to clean it. When I queried her efforts, she put on an attitude, saying it couldn't be cleaned any better (that night, I bought a cheap can of oven cleaner and easily cleaned one little patch of the oven window she had left filthy). As the maids were leaving the home, the one who had worked in the kitchen seemed furious and would not look at me. She was ranting on her phone about me to her employer in a foreign language, which I happen to speak, myself, so I know exactly what she said about me. I immediately took photographs to demonstrate what the maids had not done, or done improperly. These included window ledges and ceramic tile grout left dirty, the floor under a queen sized bed left unvacuumed, and the oven left filthy with puddles of cleaning solution in the oven drawer and interior, additional to the disgusting amount of grease left inside the oven. The area under each hot plate had also been left dirty. Not even dry, granular dirt had been cleaned up. I emailed and called the company, providing the photographs and asking for the twenty-four hour guarantee to be made available to me. I asked that two different maids be sent to address the errors and incomplete work, as per the company guarantee. I did not want the inadequate maids, especially the angry woman with a bad attitude who trash talked me, back to my property. I don't think my request was unreasonable, under the circumstances. Half an hour later, I received a cheerful call from the company stating a forty dollar reimbursement would be sent to me. I asked when someone would come out to the house, and was told they wouldn't be sending anyone! Little compensation when I had to turn around and hire a new company to come in and re-clean my property! I am furious that New Century Maids did not honour their commitment to me, and out of pocket because I had to start all over again with another company, which, incidentally, had no problem cleaning the oven! Over two weeks later, I have not yet received the reimbursement cheque from New Century Cleaners. They should rename their company to New Century Rip-Off Artists, because that's what they did to me.

I booked with New Century maids based on the reviews here. They were to come and do a deep clean pre-move. They were not able to removed soap scum from our glass showers. I went in a showed them that it required a stronger scrubber or a better product. My husband bought scrubbing bubbles the next day and cleaned it perfectly. I would have expected that a cleaning company in the business this long would know how to get the toughest soap scum off of glass. They also left cobwebs in reachable places, didn't do my hallway floor and rushed to leave even though they arrived 15 minutes late and charged an extra 30 minutes for the time they were late. We just didn't get the clean we expected for the price we paid. They were nice and did an ok job, but def not worth the price. I will still have go over everything myself. Also they send you a review page, but one cannot leave a review without a perfect or 4 star score. In response to your response below. You offered a redo 3 days later! I was asked the same day how the cleaning was and I responded the same day- Feb 1st. My husband spent the next day cleaning the missed spots and my email even offered to share what we used for your workers knowledge. On Feb 4th, three days later I was offered a redo. Your ladies were scheduled for 1230 give or take 30 mins. I got a call at 1213 saying they would be arriving in 15 mins. They arrived at 1246. Started cleaning at 1300. Left at 1700. That's 8 man hours according my my calculation. But that's fine..please do not make it seem like you are in the right here. The fact is that your cleaning ladies should know how to clean soap scum. I paid for a move in deep clean. Thank you.

I will write an full review regarding my experience with New Century Maids and update this later. But in short, I was clear about what needed to be cleaned and most of it was missed. Even after requesting additional time. Owner Response: "Dear Fahd, Your initial cleaning with us was June 25th of this year - we had called and email to receive feedback from you on the cleaning. We had sent a number of emails and left messages with you to see if you would be interested in recurred cleanings with us. You did not answer our emails or calls until about 3 weeks after your cleaning to inform us that some areas were not done properly - we stand by our 24 hour guarantee that should a crew miss/overlook areas they will return to fix them at no cost to you. Because we value our customers we have offered you a discount for half the cleaning which is not office policy. We are sorry to hear that your experience with New Century Maids and wish you best of luck." My Response: I am frustrated because I had told your representative on the phone very specific items, and then I would be away for 3 weeks after for both my wedding and honeymoon. I told your cleaning technician all of the items as well, and they too were overlooked. I also left a message the next day, within the 24-hour guarantee. But that was conveniently ignored. I did speak with a representative, and they did offer a discount on a follow cleaning. However, I am upset that my initial voicemail within the 24 hour period was ignored. I find it convenient that for sales calls and follow up calls my voicemails were not missed, but for the 24-hour guarantee, it was missed. I was fair, polite, clear and understanding when it came to asking what can and could not be completed. I was also very accommodating to your staff, especially when it came to letting her know if more time was required. My 1-start review is a reflection of multiple items: - the actually cleaning itself was mediocre - the key area I asked to be address were not even touched (under the kitchen cabinet, low hanging ceiling fan) - I had specifically told your reps I will be out of town June 27 and contact your promptly after the service, less than 24 hours.

Being a Mom and soon to be Mom again I needed help and I was concerned about the chemicals that some of the cleaning companies use. My oldest son has eczema and cannot come into contact with chemicals- especially cleaning chemicals ( he breaks out with rashes) So I had researched many cleaning companies and the one that struck me was New Century Maids – they used eco friendly cleaners that were safe for my entire family. They explained the entire process and I was very impressed – they know what they are talking about – the office staff were excellent in answering all my questions ( even wrote emails to them 6 times a day) they reassured me everything would go well. My boyfriend has been using this company for about two years, and the cleaning has always been more or less good, depending on who cleans your house (A woman named Kathy used to come sometimes and she did a fantastic job). Yesterday we had a very unfortunate incident after the cleaning person left the house. We had a neighbour call my boyfriend to let him know that our dog was running around the school by our house, and around the same time I received a call from a stranger who advised that she had picked up my dog running loose at the school. We both interrupted our work day, completely panicked and rushed home (we work in Richmond Hill and North York but live in Brampton). The woman told me that she would have to take my dog to the SPCA if we could not get home quickly as she had to go back home and could not bring our dog with her. Luckily Mark made it home shortly after and was able to receive our dog. When he reached home, he found our front door wide open. The cleaning woman who left our house did not lock the door, or even close the door and screen door properly, allowing our dog to get out. We realized that Mark had forgot to put the spare key in the hiding spot for her but when I called the cleaning service to find out why she didn't call us, they let us know that she didn't even look for the key and thought it would be ok to just close the door (despite there being a key hidden for the duration of their service). I was absolutely furious. There is no resolution to this scenario, but I wanted to warn other home owners with dogs to be VERY CAUTIOUS with instructions. I was offered a free cleaning which we declined as we don't want the service back in our house and risking another incident, no matter how unlikely that is. They comped the cleaning for the day, which was appreciated, but not what I was after, and I have not received a call back from the office manager after being told they would call me today. My dog could be gone forever because of this careless oversight and I am so thankful for the good people in my neighbourhood assisting in the matter.

Don't let these good reviews fool you, like they did to me! The cleaning job was rushed and poorly done. Items were not moved out of the way, obvious areas were not cleaned. I have had my home cleaned before and for much cheaper and the others did a much better job. This was just a terrible experience overall and I will NEVER use their services again. Think twice.

This company likes to do a few good cleanings to reel you in before they stop cleaning all together. They will still charge you their fees, even if you have a problem with their cleaning. I have had to ask them multiple times to NOT lock my cat in the washroom. I have also had appointments pre-booked that have been completely missed or skipped and told it was my fault. This company has terrible customer service and should not be trusted with your home.

Requested a deep clean, received a dirty wet rag and piss poor cleaning. I pre cleaned my apartment and enlisted the help of what I thought were professionals to make my place shine. Two maids were dispatched for 3 hours. To my surprise, they were 'done' in under 2 hours. Sinks, SS appliances, stove top, window sills, windows, easily accessible vent grills and walls were all overlooked. When brought up to the dispatcher, maids came back in and half assed an attempt to rectify for a further 20 min. Appreciate the dispatcher's willingness to fix it, but the talent just wasn't there. NEVER AGAIN Don't waste your time or money with this service. Had to spend an additional two hours of my time after they left to wrap up the apartment myself.

Appalled by poor customer service and a really dreadful way of doing business. After two weeks of rigmarole, finally was told they would book me for Friday afternoon. Booked the time off work, happy to finally get the cleaning done. Two days before, I get a call that they don't have any crews in my area after all, so they cancelled my appointment and asked when I could do the following week. Any service company needs to remember that they are a *service* company - keep appointments, make it easy for people to do business with you. After eight emails, three phone calls, and nearly three weeks all told, I'm back looking for a cleaning company.

Hired New Century Maids for a priority clean as I’m 9 months pregnant and giving birth in a week or so. As such, I wanted areas like the bathrooms and kitchen cleaned so when baby arrived things were in order. Unfortunately rather than shorten the list of things we need to do they added to it. I used NCM in 2015 for a move in clean and they did a phenomenal job. However, this time around I was very disappointed. The actual cleaning was okay, they did all the major areas I had requested. The cleaners arrived on time and went straight to work, both ladies were very pleasant. One even gave me a tip on the best cleaner to use to fight off grease in my kitchen. The biggest disappointment lies in the customer service from the head office. During the cleaning I had to leave for an appointment so was not there to see the end result until I arrived home. As I was getting ready in my bathroom that was just cleaned I noticed the overflow drain pipe in my sink was not attached anymore, then I opened the drawer directly under it and found a bit of water. The cleaner who had done this portion asked me if everything was okay, I told her what I found. She quickly came upstairs to see and then tried to fix it. She was unable to and said there appeared to be glue on it so there must have been prior damage and it wasn’t her fault. She called head office who said that we should glue it, based on that conversation she said her boss would be coming out to bring glue to fix it. At this point I had to leave for my appointment. The cleaner was very apologetic, however on my way to my appointment I received an email from their head office stating that I should be able to fix it by glueing it. I called them as I saw from my security camera the cleaners had finished the job and left, they told me nobody would be coming to fix the pipe as I could try to glue it myself. I didn’t really get a chance to inspect the pipe and the piece the cleaner had pulled off as I was late for my appointment and was told they would remedy the issue. Anyways, the person I spoke to asked about the rest of the cleaning and I told her I had not seen the finished job. When I arrived home I asked my husband to look at the damage to see if we could in fact fix it. He said we would need to have the entire pipe replaced and that the “glue” the cleaner was referring to was piping sealant which is standard with all pipes to prevent leaking. We have never had any issues with our sink leaking and it was installed new with our home 3 years ago. At this point I emailed NCM regarding the pipe and how I found the end result of the cleaning. I did mention my dissatisfaction and how we would now have to go out to replace and have the new pipe installed. I did not ask for a discount or anything of that nature I just wanted to let them know that this damage did occur during the cleaning. As prompt as they are with responding when you are trying to book an appointment, I’ve heard crickets regarding my email about the pipe but they have definitely accepted my e-transfer payment. I’m not looking for compensation or a discount, would have been nice if rather than a “we broke it but you fix it yourself” type of customer service attitude they just acknowledge there was damage and simply say sorry for the inconvenience. As for the little things that were dissatisfying and if done properly would have made the experience a tad better considering everything else: - a bath mat was left soaking on our bathroom floor, looks like there was a spill on it. - came home to a soaking sponge, steel wool and dish brush on top of my wooden cutting board instead of in the sink. - stainless steel fridge was wiped down but magnets were not removed (one door has 5 magnets and the water dispenser on it) and were instead wiped around so it looks ridiculous. Just very disappointing as my first experience with them set such high expectations, I guess it was a fluke or customer service is just not a priority anymore with this company.

I wanted to let you know I was so impressed when I got home today. I left my house way messier than usual and left way more dishes in the sink than usual and did not expect the maids to clean them, I just left them because I've been so busy this week. They went beyond my expectations and put all my dishes away and cleaned every single one left in the sink, they even left more water out for my cats and I have a suspicion that they fed my one cat too because we forgot to put extra food down for him when we left. Horrible service I asked for 3 hours and for the kitchen and the two washrooms to be done, this should include the floors as well. They were more focused on getting their equipment in and out of their bag then actually cleaning it took one person 45 minutes to clean the kitchen that too without doing the floors and when asked to do them she said i should have asked for that to be a priority..... is this really how you do business? i will definitely not be using the service ever again. Maybe New Century Maids are TOO POPULAR TO SERVE new customers. It is really weird how they have such high score on review. Review update. Few hours after I cancelled the "waiting list" appointment, I got a call from New Century Maids saying they managed to provide the service on the day that I asked. I did not accept it since I found another cleaning company to do the job. They called me again next morning because they found the bad review from google. They wanted me to delete this review. They had good availability to help us clean the house and get it ready for sale. On the day of cleaning, the girls came before their scheduled arrival and were getting ready in the car. OK so I'd like to ensure I dont miss anything and hence have started with my review even before the actual service has been received as I do believe that its not only the actual service but also the process that needs to be evaluated fairly......1st part of the review.... We have been looking for a company to help us with post renovations deep cleaning and after reading several reviews online we short-listed 3 companies based on number of reviews and average stars..... We have just about signed on with NCM for the following reasons .... 1 - Isabelle was simply amazing , patient and quick to offer ' real ' advise. 2 - the process to select services is itemized - thus giving clarity on what will be covered and what not ( so you dont have any surprises ) 3 - pricing is ' not cheap ' but you are assured on quality and the right number of crew to come address the services you have requested. Given how professional Isabelle's is and how well the process was listed and invoiced -- I am sure ( finger's crossed ) the service will be great too. We have a 4 bedroom detached and Isabelle was super in understanding what exactly we needed --- on one count when I emphasized on lost of fine dust all over cause of post reno -- she immediately said, let me make a note to ensure the right equipment is loaded for this job. I am really looking forward to our post reno deep clean ( including our basement ) which is confirmed for Thursday the 6th of May ---- look out for my updated review ...... as of now -- I honestly cannot deny NCM 5 stars ! ***** UPDATED based on Services Delivered ***** The crew arrived 15 mins before scheduled time --- Sheila and Kaya were amazing ( I am sure the 3rd lady was also great but unfortunately I did not get to meet her ) ... they were super attentive and took my lead in walking them through the house and what I wanted them to cover. They did a FANTASTIC job --- literally our home had a lovely clean fragrance when we walked in ( you know what I mean when you are used to only smelling dust - post reno remember ). They really delivered on every task as they said they would -- even the garbage was neatly tied up and left outside where requested. What I loved the most was --- the crew were in touch with Isabelle on questions they had for for me when they wanted to reach me and all of that was co-ordinated by Isabelle on phone and email to ensure the work progressed very smoothly. Had NCM do a final clean at my house before I moved out. Caught the crew lying about the time they left my house (by over an hour). When I told the ladies at the office, instead of apologizing, they maintain that their crew worked until 4pm even though I was home at 4 and their crew wasn't. I had instructed NCM not to dispose of anything - they threw about a couple hundred dollars of my belongings. Not even an apology from NCM - they stand by their crew. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Thank you for the reply. You are correct. I did not accept the re do cleaning. If I was so dissatisfied and disappointed with the first cleaning then not sure why you would expect me to take the re do cleaning? I wouldn’t expect anything better. I paid several hundred dollars for the deep cleaning. Did not debate the price. The offer you gave for compensation was not even half of the amount I paid, which is what I’m looking for in compensation for the bad job. As well if took the re do cleaning that means my time. I need to take time off from my work to be there to ensure I’m watching this time and that they are doing the job right. Will you be compensating me for my time off from work? As a Fathers' Day gift to my hubby, I decided to book him a professional cleaning of the house (not the most romantic gift, I know, but we have a toddler so cleaning hasn't really been a priority for quite some time, and the mess stresses him out). I found NCM and filled in their online form - within an hour, I had the whole thing booked for just a couple of days later (!). The customer service was prompt and friendly and helpful. Yesterday was the big day and I can't say enough about how impressed I am... the whole house, top to bottom, is spotless... the floors, shelves, flat surfaces, etc are all clean - but so are things like the laundry room sink and the heating vent covers. The place looks so good, and the process was so smooth... my husband is thrilled, and we've instantly gone from "we could never let someone else clean our house" to "we're signing up for regular cleaning services". Our home was in dire need of a deep cleaning. I decided to try this company as it has, generally, good reviews. The price we were quoted was very reasonable. The cleaners arrived on time and worked quietly and efficiently. They were done within the time quoted. The results were impressive. The quote of the job for eavestrough cleaning, down spouts cleaning and sealing the two leaking corner is reasonable. The team came to site on time. Mark said that he will check for other leaks and to seal them if he find any. He also fixed the loose nails. The answering service is responsive. The night before, I called and left a message to cancel the service due to my second thought to replace it with a new eavestrough. They cancelled it and called me 8am next morning without any question. I appreciated it very much. In the end, I still decided to get it done. The answering service contacted the team and they came in the afternoon on the same day. Overall, I had very positive experience with them. We had asked for a deep/spring clean, as per the very detailed list on their website. We spent over $200 for 2cleaners/3hours to have to follow them around & point out what they missed! Lazy and miserable women came and moved very slow. The cleaners came in, asking questions as if they we not aware of what services were requested and took part of the time of their initially visit trying to fix their vacuum! Such items on the deep cleaning list that were missed: Detailed cobwebs removal including high ceilings-NOT DONE Cleaning high wall ledges as by the stairs or foyer area, or any of the rooms - THEY DID NOT BRING A STEP LADDER WITH THEM EITHER TIME THUS THIS WAS NOT DONE. Cleaning the high ceiling fans-NOT DONE Cleaning spots on the walls (around light switches)- THEY ASKED MY HUSBAND TO POINT OUT EVERY SPOT ON THE WALL TO BE CLEANED, IF THEY SEE A SPOT, CLEAN IT. Detailed cleaning of all blinds- NOT TOUCHED! Wiping baseboards - even after the 2nd visit I HAD TO POINT OUT SEVERAL BASEBOARDS THAT WEREN'T EVENT TOUCH! THEN AFTER THEY LEFT I NOTICED THEY DIDN'T TOUCH THE BASEBOARDS IN MY BATHROOM. They offered a redo clean with the same cleaners, who showed up bitter to be there and AGAIN did not do a proper job!!! I have photos taken because I was so disgusted! They did a horrible job, cutting corners and poor customer service & all I have to thank them for is wasting our time and money.

I asked a question if I could change from a Wednesday to a Monday for that week. Just a question They came back with an afternoon time of which they have on file I do not want afternoons and when I said that was no good, just leave it for the Wednesday I was told that my time was given to someone else since I asked about the Monday. I do not post reviews but feel compelled to do so in this case. I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the deep cleaning provided by New Century Maids. There was an overall inattention to detail and carelessness to the cleaning. For example, baseboards were not touched even though it's part of a deep clean. When the crew came back to clean them I had to point out places where there was still visible dirt (I'm still finding sections they missed entirely). Our new oven has scratches all over the top now because they dragged the grates on the stainless steel when they were putting them back on the stovetop. They didn't mop or vacuum some sections of flooring in the house. (e.g., not vacuuming under dressers and vanities, no mopping in the basement despite paying extra for a basement cleaning). They also were not COVID compliant and we needed to ask the crew to put their masks on. I am a returning customer because our previous experience with this company is great. Their scheduling and phone customer service is still great, but unfortunately we will not be returning again.

Property is a 2 bedroom apartment. Zero attention to detail, made the error of not being present for the clean. Not a single window was touched despite being requested. Home was clean to begin with, and yet these simple but important items were not taken care of. Would never use again. Typical cleaning company.

After a mix up which the company called scheduling error.....The 2 cleaning ladies did a good job. We scheduled a deep cleaning on a friday evening and were told a crew would arrive the following morning at 8am. There was no, call no show! After messages left, we got a call back from Alex who advised there was a scheduling error and arranged for them to come at 10am. Reluctant, we decided to proceed. Our condo required a deep clean as we are listing to sell it. We were quite happy with the cleaning job! They did a pretty good job cleaning it! If it wasn't for the scheduling mishap- it would have been an excellent experience.

I had never hired a cleaning service prior to calling New Century Maids and was a bit anxious about the hiring process. I was not comfortable having strangers in my home when I am absent. How will they handle my keys? Will they be ok with my dog? After speaking with Izabelle I felt a big relief. she made everything seamless and had no qualms about my dog. I decided to give them a try. I have never seen my apartment so clean! They truly went above and beyond. I don't know how they did it, but they did. I will definitely be setting up regular cleanings.

Amazing! My house looked immaculate & spotless when the cleaning ladies were done. Not to mention that my grandmother had been hurt by her cat & since no one else was home, the sweet cleaning ladies helped bandage her up. Great service!!!!!!!! Would recommend. Thanks New Century Maids.

Outstanding! I had a previous cleaning service before and had them last year. I honestly was not happy with them. There was always something missed. I am so happy I found New Century Maids..even days later the house still feels so clean. My husband who is extremely picky was so pleased. Will definitely be making them using them regularly. Michela came to my home for a deep cleaning today. She arrived 10 minutes early and she worked very hard start to finish. My house smells so clean and fresh. From dusting the blinds to cleaning up dirt from around my plants and removing all the dog hair from my rugs, I am very happy with the results. The cost for a deep clean is on the higher end of what I have paid with other companies, however I am happy with the service received.

Hired those guys twice, on both occasions they could not follow simple instructions. Guy literally cleaned the toilet and then with the same wipe started wiping countertops. Extremely bad.

Not recommend. Poor quality of work. Stains/ dirts/ sticky food staff were left on stove top, kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, etc.
