About 2 years ago I researched various Janitorial companies, since our Office was not satisfied with any of the other services we have had in the past. I first spoke with Kevin Chace who was very genuine and helpful in assisting me find a company that suited our office needs. Overall Vangaurd provides exceptional service and they are always seeking to meet client needs by communicating through journal logs and inquiring how they can do better.

Happy with Vanguard! I like the tools they use like the Log Book. It's a good idea as the cleaning is usually done in off hours and the log book allows both the Vanguard cleaning rep and the business to communicate efficiently with each other. Customer service is excellent and communication lines other than the Log Book are always open!

Usually I don't like to do surveys but I did the survey from Vanguard because there were only 2 questions that took a few seconds to complete.
