We use Vanguard Cleaning Systems in Calgary for our business, we've been with them for a few years now. What I like about them is the consistency of the quality of work, it's always the same girl and she knows what we want done and she does it. They have left us a note book that we can use to communicate with her so we just write back and forth to each other which makes it really convenient and the admin staff at Vanguard call or email us quarterly to ensure we are happy with our services. I never have to purchase supplies or worry about our offices not being cleaned. The bills always come in when they are supposed to with no hidden fees or extra charges; the bills are exactly as quoted. They are affordable, fast and reliable. I would definitely recommend Vanguard Cleaning Systems!

We are an office that works in the construction industry. As such, there is a whole lot more dust in this office. Vanguard tackles this with a wonderful level of professionalism. We've had 3 different cleaning teams over the 5 plus years we've been using Vanguard. The cleanliness has been above and beyond with everyone who's been here under the Vanguard name. I love the systems this cleaning company has in place for customer service, as well. I get a monthly phone call, to make sure everything is okay. This is great, because when we are in our busy season, I don't remember to tell them if something comes up. But they call me, so I don't need to! They also have a paper Log Book, so if the cleaners need something, or I want to leave a note for the cleaner's to read directly, it's there and signed every week. The ability to speak directly is a wonderful idea, and helps to personalize things nicely, too. Basically, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vanguard. They are great at cleaning, detailed at customer service, and more than fair in their price.
