I had monthly cleans with Simply Spotless for about 9 months and I was so thoroughly delighted with my services every time. Communication was great, cleans were great, attention to detail, and absolute willingness to meet any needs or requests I had always happened. I had cancelled my services only due to a change in financial situation. In the interim I did try a different (independent, self-employed business type person) service and I was beyond disappointed with the results. I am so thrilled to once again be in a position to ask Simple Spotless to come back to my home. Beyond delighted!

From a person who absolutely hates house work and have medical problems preventing me from doing it myself the company and my regular cleaner(please don't take her away) have been an absolute(sorry repetition) god send to me I have had the company send cleaners for the last two years and hope to continue the relationship for many more years as long as I'm living in my apartment and in Lethbridge as well I give them 5 big stars

We had them come into do a move out clean. They did an amazing fast efficient job. It was 3 years of dirt and buildup I never thought would come clean and they made the place look brand new. They also are partners with a Steam Away Carpet Cleaning Company so you can get all in one service. Steam Away was amazing. Made the carpets look like no one ever lived there. Very happy with thiese company's and I would highly recommend both of them.

Hanna is a god send for our family. We are so busy with school and work that sometimes I just don’t want to come home and clean for hours so having her come to our home and help us out has been amazing! She is incredibly thorough and also quick which is super awesome. My carpets look brand new when she is done with them and we always get a nice note from her when she’s done. Very friendly and very professional. I feel totally comfortable leaving her alone in my house, she even gives my puppies pets so they 10/10 would recommend too ???? ????

I have been in dire need of some extra help keeping things under control at home. Our family is quite busy & to be honest, we'd much rather be doing activities together than spending our only time at home washing floors and dusting. Meghan & Sheena came in and honestly WOWED me! I don't think my floors have ever looked this good. And I'm not just saying that. These girls worked their butts off and it really shows. Our home is a lot of work to maintain from Dark shiny floors to glass everything. dark walls and cupboards that show all the things you don't want to see. Everything literally looks brand new again. The feeling of loving my home instead of looking at it like a chore is back again. We are VERY happy with Simply Spotless Cleaning Co. right from the initial walk through. Excellent customer service. They were prompt with showing up to give me a quote and the actual cleaning service was great. The young lady cleaned my floors, completely, on her own - there was lots of glue spots left from the company whom installed my flooring. Someone else then showed up to verify her work before leaving. I really appreciated that part, not that I didn't trust their work, but it showed they truly hold themselves to their standards. Will be using again!

We have been using Simply Spotless for the last couple months. We found their rates o be extremely reasonable and they were willing to work with us to provide biweekly cleaning at a very affordable rate. Aniko is our main cleaner and she does a great job, always leaving us a little note for how it went. We have a dog and two cats and they have listened about our needs with them too (indoor cat and arthritic dog). Highly recommend.
