Several cleaners whom I have met have mentioned that Scrubbi are a good company to their employees too. Customer service is outstanding: any issues, however, minor are attended to professionally and immediately.

Very competitive prices and vetted cleaners. I get a survey after every clean, and If I'm not satisfied with the job they send someone else to clean free of charge. I've pre-purchased a years worth of cleaning, I was afraid customer service wouldn't be as dedicated since I already prepaid but that's not the case. They have excellent cleaners and amazing customer service. Very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Scrubbi cleaning services.

I booked their service last Friday for the cleaning. However, I am not informed after they finished the cleaning. When I go back to home, I found that cleaner in the bag spilled out of bag and it causes damage on the floor, it takes around $2000 to fix it. Also, they did not clean the freezer as well. I emailed them about my situation, but they do not even reply for it. At the beginning I choose this company because the rate on the Google is very high, but it seems like that the grade maybe a great joke.

To come home and 'feel' that your home is CLEAN is a wonderful cleaning; but the extras such as having all your pillows fluffed and strategically placed; your next Kleenex and toilet tissue folded and that hard to reach place cleaned is a satisfying feeling. Do not go use this service if you want a clean house. Both times the cleaner came, I had to clean up after they left because they left so much dirt and dust on my floor and shower. When I asked for a refund they refused. My house is still not clean after 2 different women have been here. I paid over $800 and I am now stuck with them sending another bad cleaner to my house. This company is a scam and a cheap referral service.

Very friendly all around. I have been using them for over 16 months now. There have been a couple times when I requested a cleaner to come back because seomething was missed so i don't want to say that they are 100% perfect every single time that I have had a booked cleaning but overall they have kept quality high and have been able to fix any oversight. Especially over the holidays they have been extra helpful because of all the additional family that we usually host so sometimes I will admit we even got them in twice a week haha. I had booked a move out clean with Scrubbi and they called me the day before to cancel, citing covid restrictions that were made public the weekend before, leaving me with about a day to do the whole job myself. Money was refunded, but with zero acknowledgement for the massive inconvenience caused. I feel they should have offered more than a refund for the trouble they caused me. 0/10 don't recommend.

If you like having your cleanings cancelled or rescheduled constantly and hit and miss quality of cleaning, then Scrubbi is the service for you! Sure, they'll add complimentary cleanings if you complain, but don't give refunds. After a while, you just want your house cleaned properly when you schedule it and added cleanings just aren't enough. The admin staff are friendly and professional, but in the end if they can't provide the service you paid for it just isn't worth it.

Paid for 5 hours of cleaning. Can’t even describe how disappointed we were. This is a high end home and was empty so very easy to clean. Basically nothing was done. We called that day and were informed them of the situation. They can’t send someone back before the close date so we are left doing it ourselves. No refund and no apology. A credit was offered but not sure why I would use them again.

When their cleaner did a poor job I was devastated as I had saved up for this clean and it was quite expensive. When I gave Scrubbi the feedback they immediately scheduled another clean at no charge. Their customer service was exemplary! The second clean was miles better than the first. The only thing I’m confused about is that I thought two cleaners would be sent but both times only one was sent. Not sure if I’m confusing this with another service though. After reading other reviews, the only suggestion I have is ensuring that employees are well trained and understand the standards that they should be held to. Of course sometimes things slip through and it’s great to know that that they are happy to resolve issues when they come up.

I hired Scrubbi to do a move out clean at my vacant apartment. I opted for most of the add-on cleaning items to ensure my apartment would be properly cleaned in order for me to get my damage deposit back. The cleaner advised me that she was booked in for my clean for six hours but left four hours in after telling me she was all done. I spent another 2.5 hours cleaning after she left and had to come back another day to thoroughly clean further. Not one item on my move out cleaning checklist was sufficiently cleaned in order for me to check it off the list. I had to go over literally everything and either fix it or do it from scratch as it was not done in the first place. I had to scramble to get things done when I had no time to do so (hence hiring a company to do it) and it caused me hours of work and stress. When I emailed support advising of the issues, I was offered $100 toward my next cleaning - I advised I would not be hiring Scrubbi again and I inquired about the 24 hour guarantee. I then received a phone call and was advised that there was no availability to come back and redo the cleaning - so this guarantee is absolutely no guarantee. Instead I was given a $100 refund, but I still paid $275 to have somebody not even mop the floors on a move out clean. Unfortunately I absolutely cannot recommend this company - a very disappointing experience.

Nicola that came to clean our apartment for moving out was super kind and did the best she could do within the time frame. She even stayed later than our quoted appointment by over an hour. Although the items listed in the moving out checklist was attended to, I felt like the fine details around some areas needed more attention. I don’t think this is the cleaners fault as she was the only one there. I understand covid rules but I think they should book move out appointments for longer than 5 hours if there’s only one cleaner. Two cleaners would have been better to get those fine details. We had to touch up multiple spots on walls (within reach), corners of counters, floors and showers. Nikki was amazing but again, I highly recommend extending the time to 7 or 8 hours if you’re you’re only sending one person.

We had them clean our place twice and both times the person showed up more than half an hour late. We had made a list of things we wanted cleaned, but both times the list was not completed. This is a really expensive cleaning service and just did not feel like we got value for money.

The biggest problem with scrubbi is inconsistency. They have great, mediocre, and terrible cleaners. I have requested the great ones back, and that never happens. It's always someone new. On one occasion we had someone not clean the kitchen. I'm not sure how the entire kitchen gets overlooked, but it did. Today we had to tell the person that more than the floor need to be done. He wasn't going to do anything more than floors in the kitchen. After he left I found my shelves in the living room to still be covered in dust. I left them bare after taking down my Christmas decor to making cleaning them easier....they were never touched. The toothpaste on the counter in my kids bathroom wasn't wiped away. Stove still had grease on it. Basic things. I don't think I'm a high maintenance client. I understand things get missed. These things are little things that have been overlooked. They are big, normal things that all cleaners do in a weekly or bi-weekly clean. I wish it was just one awful cleaner but in 16+ cleanings we have only had a handful that were worth requesting back, and that never happened. Scrubbi's response everytime we have a negative experience is something along the lines of "we realize not every cleaner is a fit for every home". That may be true... But I think think they can't call every employee they have sent to my house a cleaner. Not if they don't know that they should clean a kitchen. We got sucked into pre-paying for 26 cleanings to save money. Don't fall for it. You'll never get a refund which is why they don't care who they send to you. Pay for your cleanings as you go...much more likely to get their best cleaners... 1/10 do NOT recommended.

Absolutely terrible. The quality of the cleaner that they send you is consistently horrible. I had 5 different people come to clean and 4/5 were awful. Sometimes I get home after a four hour clean and it seems like no one even came to clean the house. Really disappointed. Never working with this company again - you shouldn’t either.

????Ottawa Public Service Announcement???? after having Scrubbi house cleaning services come back for a second time to RE CLEAN our home I gotta say I am still beyond unimpressed... I paid $350 for a DEEP CLEAN and even after this second attempt I am finding a million little things that I shouldn't need to be cleaning myself after paying a professional cleaning service to do it.... from kitchen faucets and cupboards doors untouched to furniture not dusted to mirrors not cleaned to my the outside of my stove not touched to window sills un dusted to my shower still visibly dirty from a distance... I am baffled what they have even done aside from mop my floors... and to be clear our home was not filthy to start with it was well maintained... Moral of the story... PAY ANYBODY ELSE to clean your house... legit your 14 year old neighbor might do a better job than this company...

Excellent workers. Company doesn't give them enough time to do the work you've paid for. When dealing with them, make sure you check how many hours your paying for, because they charge by what you want done, but give their cleaner a time limit that's too short. I have a townhome, which I wanted to get deep cleaned as baseboards, vents, etc had not been cleaned for a while. So I got their Spring/Fall cleaning package. They sent one individual, who did a great job over about 4 hours. I was unfortunately working/on meeting calls throughout the whole thing, but he was able to put up with me, work around me and communicate when needed. Great job working independently for sure. Hit the spots they had detailed in their work statement. I had no special areas to point out when he arrived. I did have the mop, bucket, vaccum waiting as requested by the service. I think the job was great for the value. I would have liked a slightly deeper clean of the bathtubs. But thats my only critical feedback. Everything else looked superb. When I call again, I'll just specify a deep clean up bathtubs for the next one.

My wife and I have been using Scrubbi house cleaning for about 8 months now and have been very satisfied. The staff communicates well and delivers a good experience every time. We had an issue last month and the customer care take was quick to rectify the issues which is important for us. These guys provide a good service to help you maintain your home as we often don’t have time with everything. Very happy with our family Christmas purchase last year!

I've used Scrubbi 3 times in the past year and their quality of cleaning is inconsistent at best. I'm surprised to see the number of good reviews for this company. Was I just so unlucky that I got poor quality of service 2/3 times I used them? The first appointment was a move-out clean. The apartment was empty with cleaning supplies, and we left the cleaner alone. When we came back, the stove top was sticky with grease stains. She sprayed cleaning product on it and tried to wipe. As a result, cleaning product mixed with grease was left on my stove. I paid for extra to have the inside of my cabinet cleaned, and it was left dusty. The floor is clearly mopped with water marks. Basically, the cleaner wiped any areas that was convenient for her - any areas that are slightly out of reach were not touched. And when I say wipe, it was gentle wiping. For a company called Scrubbi, not much scrubbing was done. Before she left, she stood next to the greasy stove and asked me if there's anything else I'd like to get cleaned, well, I said no 'cause at that point, it was just easier to do it myself. The second appointment was booked because they offered me credit after I voiced my concern of my first appointment. The cleaner came and her job was mediocre. She told me the microwave was not a part of the kitchen cleaning package. When she cleaned the bathrooms, she would miss wiping the window sill or the toilet paper holder. Later, when the customer service representative called me, he clarified that it was a misunderstanding, and the microwave should've been cleaned. Well, it seems there's always a misunderstanding with my interactions with Scrubbi. The third appointment was the best cleaning job out of the three. The cleaner did an amazing job scrubbing the stovetop and wiped down everything properly. She stayed longer to make sure the job was done right and I hope she gets compensated for that. Good to know that Scrubbi has competent cleaners who can actually clean properly. They are on top of customer service and follow up calls. But those follow up calls do not give me peace of mind that I'll get quality cleaning services. It took Scrubbi 3 tries to get the quality of cleaning right, so I don't think this is a company that I want to use again. Can't afford to risk having another mediocre cleaner show up at my house. It'll be great if each cleaner has a copy of an area they are supposed to clean with each job and a checklist so they can make sure they cleaned everything properly before they leave. Some showed up at my house looking confused on which areas they'd supposed to clean.

Didnt bother sweeping under the dining room table as moving a chair to get under a dining room table is to hard to do. They do camera shots of before and after to show if you have clutter in the way of cleaning. This is want a company does to be successful? Just ridiculous service, I do not recommend them and buyer beware as you will be promised great service but get 3 hours of no service. First, the bad, very disappointed with move out cleaning. They didn't wash the baseboards, interior of stove (as explicitly stated in my invoice) and frankly there was still dust on the radiator. On the positive side, there was a resolution to this issue, they addressed the fact the interior of the stove wasn't complete with a refund and gave me a gift card for the total of the cleaning. This cleaning company is a total disaster. We paid in advance for a years worth of service and after three months we are looking to cancel our service. Twice out of 4 times we have had to have them come back because our laminate floors had an oily sticky coat on them. The last time they came they somehow managed to damage our laminate floors. A 1.5 foot seam has water damage on it and we are now needing to replace the whole kitchen floor. They refuse to take responsibility for the damage and now are refusing to cancel remaining service without keeping the money that we've already paid. This was supposed to make our lives easier and it had been a complete disaster. Avoid Scrubbi at all costs.

They do not deliver on their promises and a constant change of cleaners. Despite being assured when we signed up that we would have the same cleaner consistently except under rare emergencies because we have a dog in the house, the did not happen. You have to prepay and when they sent me yet again a different cleaner and I cancelled my service today they refused to return the payment for the second cleaning this month. I lived up to the terms of my responsibilities yet they did not and yet I am paying for it. I feel sorry for the actual cleaners as they were lovely and did a good job. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Giving 0 stars wasn’t an option but I advise caution when booking service with this company. After several last minute cancellation, there’s absolutely zero consistency or accountability. The 1 out of 6 times we’ve scheduled that someone actually showed up, yes. Great job. We were even surprised when the cleaner showed up because we had bets on whether someone would arrive. Both bets were more so around when we will be called to tell us no one is coming. It’s surprising that they would let you schedule when they don’t have the people available to do the job. They try their best to make it right with free additional cleanings added to your profile, but when they can’t even deliver on having someone show up, what’s the point? Cleaners clearly understand what customers are paying and what they are receiving so there’s plenty of margin to scale and hire more people. Unfortunate growing pains for a new business. I signed up with Scrubbi because of a great deal offered and my former cleaner retired. I signed up for one year to get a great discount. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with the sign up people , asking every question that I had. I’ve had different cleaners for over 30 years. Bottom line : 1. different cleaners are usually sent each time. That leaves you having to explain your surfaces and what to use or NOT use and your particulars EACH TIME. Yes, there’s an option of putting some info on your file. I was told this a AFTER I called after my first clean. 2. Cleaners are NOT INSURED by SCRUBBI. Each cleaner is an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR who must get their own individual insurance. Something that the cleaners I have asked, DID NOT KNOW !!!!! 3. I found out #2 as a result of one cleaner who accidentally broke my bathroom drains. I ended up having to get a plumber , paid a $500.00 plumbing bill. SCRUBBI gave me an extra $200.00 extra cleaning credit. Fine. BUT NO MONEY. My cleaner didn’t have insurance 4. If you get a cleaner you love , SCRUBBI will not commit to send the same cleaner each time, even if you’ve requested this. So far , I’ve loved one of my three different cleaners who’ve been sent so far ????????‍♀️

We have used Scrubbi over a year now (bi-weekly cleaning). And at first we were not impressed and wanted our money back (which is non refundable). The first few sessions, were either cancelled last minute (because the cleaner was sick) or the level of cleaning varied quite a bit depending on the cleaner that came. A year in now and the service has improved. We have had about 6-7 different cleaners throughout the year and all of them have been pretty consistent with the level of cleaning. They sometimes use different cleaning products, so if you are particular, its probably easier just to provide your own. The service has always been very timely (cleaners will come right at scheduled time), and for our house, which is about 1500 sq ft, the cleaning generally lasts 2-3 hours. Anytime you have a question, Scrubbi is quick to respond - they have a general help line. They are located in BC, however, we have never had a problem with responsiveness. They also introduced capability which you can create a profile on their site and login and see how many cleanings you have left, which is super helpful. They also introduced a questionnaire that lets you rate each cleaner after each service which is helpful and if you provide a 3/5 rating, Scrubbi will followup with you to find out why. Overall, we probably wont continue with Scrubbi after our service is up as we decided we prefer having one consistent cleaner and not having to prepay for service that is non refundable.

Everything about our Scrubbi experience was terrible. - Cleaner was on time but did not have her cleaning checklist. She was waiting for her supervisor to send it - Once received, it was the move-out clean checklist, instead of the deep clean that was requested - Cleaner spent four hours cleaning the main floor windows, trying to get smudges out that were actually on the outside of the window - After cleaning the windows and dusting, cleaner said she was done. We asked about the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms, and she said she did not want to clean "personal spaces" (we were in the process of moving and all personal items were already removed). Checklist we chose includes bathrooms and bedrooms. - She then took 3 hours to clean 3/4 of one bathroom - Cleaner then advised she had to leave. - This cleaner also left with our dust pan and brush Scrubbi called and advised another cleaner would come by to finish the main bathroom. There were still two other bathrooms that needed cleaning. The main bathroom is the only area the second cleaner touched. She scratched the glass on the shower in the process. My boyfriend and brother had to go in after to clean the bathroom properly, as well as the entire rest of the house. It took them six hours to clean the entire house, on what was supposed to be a work day. I would never recommend Scrubbi to anyone. We should read the reviews before hiring them.

Then they cancelled again morning of the rescheduled cleaning and said they were sorry, they couldn't help us, and gave us a full refund. The refund is good, but it doesn't solve our problem: we need a cleaner. We won't be booking with them again and will have to find another service.

Scrubbi was recommended by a friend, and I was interested in the 4 cleans/get a 5th free deal, as well as the guarantee. We started off on a bad foot, and things seem to just have not improved. I found I was paying the same as a friend who's house had an additional whole floor on our place, which I tried to explain to the company and got nothing but a "sorry, it's just the way it is. It takes the same amount of time to clean a place that's 800-1200 sq ft" (although my friend's place is well over 1500 sq ft). I felt like I hit a brick wall with that conversation as they would not reassess or budge, and had already paid for the service so had no leverage. Although they do a good job cleaning, it's not great. I feel like more often then not I have to call them back to re-clean my place - and even then, the job doesn't get done! I feel like every month I am taking time to call them back and ask for a re-clean. The support team is lovely, as are the cleaners, but this is getting ridiculous... I do not think we will get their services again if things do not change for the better.

I have been using their services for quite some time now. At least year or so. All of their cleaning staff are reliable and professional. They are very friendly over the phone. Quick with their responses. However, if you are not present at home and you don't tell them what to do, they will do an average job. For someone like me who is a perfectionist, it is unacceptable. So, if you are hiring their service, make sure you are watching over them and tell them exactly how you want it done. Secondly, if you want to cancel your services, make sure you give them WRITTEN notice (over the phone is not enough) and also do that 2 months in advance. Because right after your last service, they will charge you for the next one unless you have EMAILED them a written notice BEFORE you had your last service! RIGHT??!! Oh and you CANNOT cancel or reschedule 48 hours before your cleaning service BUT they can reschedule your appointment ON THE DAY OFF if their staff called in sick ( happened to me a few times!) They did give me a couple of complimentary services after I complained. SO, overall, if you want an average day to day cleaning done for your place, they are great!

Beware of quotes that seem reasonable - I was quoted $118 plus tax every two weeks after answering an extensive series of question about my home; the size, number of bathrooms, pets, etc. On the first appointment I discovered they had allotted one person to clean for two hours. My home takes me 4 hours to clean. This was so disappointing! So, I'd have to rate the company one way and the cleaning person another. The person who did the cleaning did an excellent job, although only the two bathrooms and some of the floors were cleaned. After the second appointment, Scrubbi sent me an email asking for a review. I had already canceled service with a phone call the day of my first appointment (you have to prepay for cleaning services for a month, so if you don't like the first cleaning experience, you're tied to the second appointment like it or not - no refunds, only a credit with Scrubbi, which helps if you don't like the job the cleaning person did but not if you don't like the way the company operates). When I called in to cancel, I explained that I had to finish cleaning my house after they had cleaned it because they had not allotted enough time. There wasn't an apology, or an inquiry, or an attempt to save my business. Just an abrupt "that's been canceled for you." So after my second cleaning, and upon receiving their request for a review, I gave the cleaning person 5 stars because they truly did the best they could with the time they had, and I gave Scrubbi three stars. I received an email back asking me to review on Google, also reminding me that I rated them 5 stars. This type of ignorance really irks me and it's the only reason I've taken the time to review them on Google. If you want to retain customers and keep review scores high, listen to the feedback of your customers. The whole feedback. Not just the part you like.

The first time I got a cleaning, the person didn’t scrub something specific – my kitchen and bathroom cupboard doors. I reported this and was offered free window cleaning at a later date. They also made a note on my file so that the next time these things were given extra attention. The second person who came was a bit late, but the company was good about communicating with me. The customer service is fantastic! I can always trust they’ll make sure I’m happy and my house is well cleaned. They allow you to make note of preferred cleaners so they send you them more often after trying them out. We’ve found four preferred cleaners that work well with us already! Also if you’re not happy with a cleaning and you notify them the same day, they’ll send another cleaner back the next day free of charge. Make sure you keep up with your emails when using the service in order to get the best service possible, definitely worth it.

While their customer service team has always been pleasant, the cleaning staff is very unreliable and lack attention-to-detail. I have had more no-charge cleans due to no-shows than I have paid for. They are disrespectful of my time by canceling at the last minute after I have "de-cluttered" my house for their service (as per their request). They need to implement a back-up procedure so that their customers are not left high and dry when their staff say they can't make it. Thoroughly disappointed in this company and will never use them again.

Easy to book and deal with, good email reminders. Cleaner was prompt. Some areas had to be pointed out as needing additional cleaning or attention, or was missed. Had I not done a walkthrough, all of this would have been missed. Luckily, the cleaner was agreeable and did go back and fix those areas and double checked with me it was clean enough. I wouldn't recommend it for someone in a rush with a move out clean. If you have time to go through and verifying everything, use this service. When you're paying 500$ for a move out cleaning of a very average 2bd 2bath condo, you want it to be easy and worry free. I feel that I shouldn't have to go back and double or triple check to make sure it was done properly. There was only 2 chairs and a small shelf in the whole apartment, so it was not as if there was much furniture in the place obstructing the cleaner. Moving is a busy time already, why add more work for yourself and waste time scrutinizing the work of your cleaner? Hire someone that gets it done right the first time! PS - they don't clean the carpets and don't bring a mop bucket! (They did tell you during booking to leave out broom and mop, but did not remind me about the vacuum. Luckily I kept mine around just in case!)

I had to call to ask where they were and then Scrubbi couldn't get a hold of the cleaner they were sending!! Hired Scrubbi for a move in/out clean on our rental property last week and was disappointed with the level of cleaning service provided. Only one cleaner arrived for a 1300sq foot home which clearly wasn't enough man-power for an entire house. Some things were done well while others were not or were missed. The master shower wasn't cleaned at all, baseboards were not vacuumed or washed, I paid extra for the walls however they still had dog hair on them and doors were not washed, cabinet fronts were very hit and miss. I chalk it up to one person being insufficient for a big job which I did pay more for. They have a 24hr guarantee but this didn't work out for us as the move in was the following day. Will look for other options in the future.

I was very happy with this company and how easy it was to book. At first I thought that the price was quite high when they quoted for a full day clean, but Karlee worked on our house from 8 am until 5:45 pm and I definitely felt I got good value for my money. At first, Scrubbi seemed promising with prompt responses and a clearly defined price quote. I contacted them two weeks ago to arrange for cleaning service; however, their customer service has continuously disappointed me since. I receive emails every couple of days with new subject lines when I have specifically asked Nathan to follow up with the original quote so I can book them. Instead, it is a new email two days later, from Nathan, asking me to book but he doesn't answer any of my questions that I responded with prior. This has been extremely frustrating to work with that I felt compelled to write a warning online. The emails are spam and there is no follow through. I don't know where all the five star reviews are coming from (all posted within the last few weeks) when they can't even book my job or keep emails straight. Attached emails with date stamps (e.g. saying a quote is ready after already sending me a quote).I have unsubscribed from all their e-mails so if another one comes, I will be livid. Technically I would rate zero stars since they didn't even follow through.

Scrubbi must screen their employees well. This is the first time I have had a Scrubbi service and I am very satisfied. The employee was relatively new to Scrubbi but must have known either by default (e.g., it was just in her to do a good job) or because Scrubbi trained her well. Truthfully, I don't know how Scrubbi recruits their employees or trains them but this lovely young lady (Lexi) did a very good job, had tons of energy, and was very receptive to re-direction or suggestions. She was polite and kind too. I would definitely use this service again and recommend them to others.

First time hiring a cleaning service because my roommate and I were both out of town before our move-out inspection. The clean was awful and substandard, I do not recommend Scrubbi. The clean happened on a Thursday, and when my roommate returned to Edmonton on Saturday for our inspection the floors were still messy, the microwave (face and inside) were dirty, the cabinets were smudged, and the stove was covered in some kind of residue from the cleaner they used both inside and out. There's plenty more small issues to mention from all around the apartment, but my roommate spent about 4 hours before the inspection just running around to buy cleaning supplies(everything is packed or thrown out) & fix the remaining mess, and there were still some issues that will come out of our security deposit. While the customer success agent was sympathetic and professional, that doesn't help me because they have a no-refund policy and instead offered me a credit for future cleaning. If I wanted to hire you guys on future cleaning just to add 4+ hours of personal time and lose money on my security deposit that's a great deal, but most sane people would laugh at that offer. Just refund the money for the service you failed to provide Scrubbi and this wouldn't be an issue. ---------------------------------------- Sep 8th, update: This weekend I spoke to my brother who let Scrubbi in to perform the clean while we were out of town. He told me that the cleaner mentioned that "This is just a part-time gig" for him, and that he hated his job. Scrubbi has also caved on their no-refund policy and offered me $150.00 to remove this review. If they mention this policy in their dealings with you, just post a bad review and they'll consider making things right.

Be aware of this company. They have students they hire for cleaning who have no experience. They charged me more than $300 to clean my less than 500 sq ft apartment and used a chemical that damaged all my steel appliances and the kitchen cabinets which i am in the process of replacing. When i called them back i was told i can do whatever i want to and their cleaners are insured so they cant help. They did not even offer to come and check the damage and help fix anything. Its going to cost thousand of dollars to replace my kitchen cabinets and appliances. I am taking them to the court. They provide with the copy of contract which states that money is non refundable and they do not take any responsibility of damages but they provide you the contract only once you have paid so you are stuck. I would not even give them one star. Very unprofessional service.

Our whole experience has not been great! Every interaction we have had since the initial contact (which was very good) has not lived up to that level of service. While I was being quoted and scheduling my cleanings the customer service was prompt, courteous and efficient. It went downhill from there, our first cleaner was not trained and /or didn't understand the scope of what he had been hired to do and when customer service was called to ask him to leave there was unnecessary push back when we were told that the cleaners side of the story would have to be heard. A second cleaner arrived the following day and somewhat redeemed the service but today it was apparent that it was an in and out as quickly as possible and the level of detail was clearly lacking . I am relieved that I opted not to sign up for the one year paid in advance as the test of your service with the two visits i paid for did not live up to your claims. And as far as your guarantee, having to reschedule after every visit to re clean is not convenient and when I brought this concern up in my initial call I was advised this rarely happens I question the truth of that based on my experience. I am very disappointed overall as I was cautiously optomistic that I had found a company that would be able to provide the service i am looking for.

Our cleaning agent named Laura was unprofessional, when our landlord came for inspect she was more than unsatisfied. The toilet still had the ring of marks, the sink was not wiped, hair was everywhere even on the most obvious places.. and laura left all the possible hidden corners dirty and smelly. My roommates and I had to find another place for less than half of what Scrubbi charges for (almost $400), and they did a way better job and told us it was super unprofessional and lazy to leave the hidden corners dirty. The agent also left with our parking pass and did not return after two days (not to mention she even came later than scheduled to return the parking pass). Now scrubbi (Ashley was on call) is telling us that despite how horrible their cleaning was, since it passed 24 hours for their re-cleaning (I'm sorry but why would I trust scrubbi for a reclean when the first was that horrible?), they are just trying to escape from responsibilities right now, so... here's an honest review.

My wife and I hired Scrubbi to come clean our small Condo, specifically we wanted them to come wipe down our blinds which on the phone they said would be an extra charge. We agreed and paid the extra amount up front. When the cleaner arrived we mentioned again to please do the blinds, she said nobody had told her that the blinds needed to be done and she likely would not have time. On the phone they had allotted 2-3 hours, she stayed for around 2.5 and did not wipe down the blinds. I don't blame cleaner as it was clearly a scheduling issue. We followed up with Scrubbi asking them to send a cleaner to finish the job that we had paid for and did not receive a response. I would give them more stars for the cleaning they actually did if I thought they deserved it but she also spilled bleach on our bath mat and ruined it. Again, not a big deal as it was on its last legs and mistakes happen, but still... Had they responded to us and fixed the issue we would have continued to use them as our weekly cleaning service, but will not be dealing with them again as a result of their poor communication. *FOLLOW UP* Scrubbi followed up with my wife and I and I, they were great to deal with this time around. We are both happy with the service they provided and addressed the concerns that were raised.

If I culd give 0 stars I would.I paid to have my rental property cleaned after tenants left it messy. I paid $318 for full move out cleaning including floors, fridge, walls, etc. and this is the quality of what I came back too. I ended up having to clean it myself, which what I was hoping to avoid in the first place by Scrubbi. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

I have been having Scrubbi coming into my home on a monthly basis since September. I am having them do the big clean of the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, vacuuming etc) so all the jobs that I don't have time to keep up with. They have done a great job so far and it has taken a lot of stress off my shoulders when it comes to the maintenance of the house. We paid for a whole year up front, for cleaning every two weeks. The biggest problem we encountered was that Scrubbi kept on cancelling our appointments and wanting to reschedule. Often they would contact us the day of our appointments to reschedule. We asked for our money back for what remained on our account and they refused. They said they have a no refund policy listed on their website, so they will never refund us. We checked on their website and besides a no refund policy they have a section which states they are not responsible for the quality of their cleaning. It says, "Scrubbi does not guarantee that the Services will be performed to your satisfaction, that it will meet your needs, or that it will meet any applicable industry or professional standards." Also, despite Scrubbi reserving the right to cancel whenever they choose, customers may not do so. To quote their website again, "If you need to cancel your appointment, let us know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment...Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment is not permitted." When I pressed them for a refund they told me that Scrubbi was having staffing issues due to COVID. While I can understand that problem, I find it very frustrating that they would not give us our money back for this lack of competency on their part. On a related note, when cleaners did show up most of the cleanings were done well but sometimes they sent us cleaners who were not well-trained. One cleaner took four hours to clean our tiny 600 square foot house and ended up throwing off our schedule that day. In summation, I do not recommend Scrubbi. In particular, I do not recommend paying in advance for cleaning, even if the cost per cleaning is reduced. It is not worth the risk.

I hired Scrubbi's cleaning service for Deep Cleaning my One BHK Condo Unit. The attitude and the work delivered by the cleaner and the support executive over phone was unprofessional, disappointed and humiliating. The cleaner spend 4 hours and just completed only 15% of the work. Scrubbi has 24hrs customer satisfaction guarantee, so I made complain about the facts and acts of the cleaner and the support lady through the feedback process to Scrubbi. I did receive calls from Scrubbi on the following working day. This time a gentle man carefully enquired and listened to all my complain and promised to send another cleaner next day to finish the rest of the work. The lady cleaner arrived on the next day cleaned my unit nicely. She took more than 6 hours to finish the rest of the work left by the first cleaner. I appreciate the attitude and the work done by the second cleaner and I recommend her.

Well, I can safely say that is the best cleaning my home has ever had. The” deep clean” I asked for was exactly what I received. The cleaner was on time, brought her own cleaning supplies (just in case I didn’t have all the necessities ). BUYER BEWARE! They charge big bucks and promise top notch cleaning. I pre-paid for 2 cleaning services. After my first cleaning I was so disappointed I did not want to continue with their services but they refused to refund me and only offered future credit which I don't want to use. Disputing a portion of the payment with my bank was the only way to get my refund for the second cleaning which I did not want/receive. After an investigation by the bank my dispute was approved and I was refunded ONLY for the services I did not receive. Scrubbi is now harassing me through a collections agency for the FULL original amount that I paid and they refuse to relent. My credit rating which was prestine may now be affected. The fact that Scrubbi has gone out of their way to send a collections agency after me for services that have not been provided shows what kind of company you are dealing with. STAY AWAY!

I've had my house cleaned three times. The first time was the best of the three times and I think that is because I was home the whole time the cleaning lady was there. The second time the cleaning lady was very late and then the company told me they weren't able to get a hold of her. I asked for a refund and they said they would happily provide one for me. Later in the day I received a call that they had gotten a hold of the cleaning lady and she would be coming- I was happy with that too. As she was incredibly late, it means she didn't have enough time to properly clean my house- it was sloppy. The third time was on the house as a good will gesture because of out last service. Nothing seemed scrubbed and everything just seemed to have a gentle wipe down. I've submitted those internal reviews that they send out so I don't want anything to come of this except to provide my own experience to others reading the reviews.

Not impressed. The Thursday before Easter weekend and we booked Scrubbi for a final cleaning before we sell the house. Leaving town the next morning. The girl shows up, does a bit of dusting and a few windows and then leaves. There were a few areas where we had some boxes, but nothing that couldn't easily be worked around. Since it's just before the weekend, they don't have backup. Lucky to find another company that came in and did a good job on short notice. Scrubbi refunded the fee but I'll never use them again.

I have been a long term customer of Scrubbi. First few cleaning were great and I had a set schedule with the preferred cleaner. However, last few times have been really bad for a number of reasons. First- our preferred cleaner has not been sent in months despite requesting over and over again and booking the cleanings well in advance. The cleaners that have come recently have not done a good job, left lot of streaks on the floor, the washroom mirrors were not cleaned properly… also the cleaning was cancelled last minute even when they were advised the cleaning is before a big event. Really upset and disappointed with the overall experience the past few times. This is not the first time this issue is being raised and despite that nothing is being done about it.

The tenants in our rental apartment were served with an eviction notice and needless to say they did not treat our place very well. It was extremely difficult dealing with the entire situation with the tenants and we didn't even know where to begin with the cleaning. Everything was a disaster especially the appliances. Scrubbi came in and didn't even hesitate. They said they have seen much much worse. I can't imagine. The lady did spent almost two days in the unit and worked really hard. I started with Scrubbi just temporarily as I was having surgery and my recovery was going to be about two months. The concierge worked with me to figure out a suitable schedule to keep my house clean during this time. I have pets as well so once a week was recommended. I had thhough about twice a week at first but they said it might be a bit much. I appreciated their advice as they were right! Now that I have recovered I have moved to a once a month service as I admit is hard to get back to cleaning once someone else has been doing it. We took pictures and video and sent right away (Wednesday) only to be told we would hear back by Monday latest... that came and went with no care and their response was “we are not responsible for damage to your property”. WHAT THE HELL?! They are a NIGHTMARE to deal with and now we have to pay out of our own pockets to replace multiple areas of flooring that were left warped!! We have had them for months and had the same girl consistently. She left the company to pursue another career and since then we have been left with a disaster. This company is NOT reliable. Things go great until they don’t and when they don’t, good luck, they screw you over.
