Quoted one price on the phone and then $150 more when they arrived. Said it was because of animal waste stains which was fine except I told them on the phone that there were some stains I needed cleaned. Wasn't told that it could potentially cost more when they arrived. After the service my carpet felt hard and like there was a film on it. Contacted the company to ask if that was normal and got no response. Will not use again or recommend their company to anyone.
